Technician was competent, price was outrageous. Convenience of not having to find another solution outweighed the lack of value for this install plus warranty. But I will continue to look for a long-term plumbing solution that I can use repeatedly as Eco is not that.

This is my second time using Eco Plumbers, and they have done a great job both times. Today, I was performing what should have been a DIY job - replacing the cartridge in my shower handle. The existing equipment was about 25 years old, and wouldn't budge when I got things mostly taken apart. Some bad advice from the hardware store combined with the wrong tool caused my cartridge to be broken off while attempting to remove it. Now, I needed a plumber.

I talked to Rachel on the phone, and she was professional, helpful, and funny. Hayder was the plumber dispatched to my house, and he did a great job. He was very professional, clean, and well-dressed. He explained the job thoroughly, including several options to solve my problem, and did outstanding work that involved cutting and soldering copper pipe, cutting tile, and installing new shower/tub fixtures. Hayder finished relatively quickly, and made sure any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction throughout the process.

Eco Plumbers has always done excellent work for us. They are not the cheapest option around (this job went from being a $20 DIY to having a comma in the price), yet I keep going back to them for the quality of their work.

Seage McCuskey was my installer. He was very professional and personable. I was very impressed with his knowledge of my old system, and he was excellent and thorough in describing exactly what he was going to do and how it would improve my water system.
During his time there he was very courteous to my family and respectful of the house. He left things neat and clean when he left as well!
Before he left he made sure to go over all of the new features and suggested maintenance with the new water heater.
Overall terrific experience with the company. If I have any plumbing issues going forward I will be calling The Eco Plumbers first!

Hayder Saleh did an excellent job installing our new gas lines and also took care of other plumbing issues for us. He was very polite and kept us in the loop of what he was doing. He is a great asset to your company.

Logan came out to diagnose and replace a leaking hot water tank. He provided several options, information about each, and allowed me to pick the best option for my family with no added pressure. His work was professional, quick, and clean. After install he gave a thorough breakdown of the work done, as well as maintenance tips and helpful advice.

Cut out and replaced a corroded toilet drain flange so I could redo bathroom flooring. Technician was friendly, answering all my questions. He produced quotes for several possible scenarios and performed the work quickly and with very high quality. I chose Eco Plumbers because I had great experience working with them in the past rerouting drain lines after a new countertop/sink install.
