Johnathon has been out to my house to work on my furnace multiple times over the past couple of years always figuring out the issue and quickly taking care of the problem! On a Saturday I emptied the fridge with junk for the disposal. I am always careful to do it slowly and flush with water but I plugged it. We are very pleased with the installation our new hot water tank. Johnathon was on time (7:30 AM), very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did an excellent job retrofitting the new tank in place, making things less cluttered and easier to access. He picked-up, cleaned up, and vacuumed the whole work area when he was done. He even took a few minutes before he left to go over several things regarding the new tank and explain what plumbing changes he made and why. Couldn’t have asked for a better installation experience.
