Siferds has always been reliable and affordable. However, I wish they had done the fix needed last time they were here so we wouldn’t be going through this again.

June 2023 a we had a problem with the AC unit condenser not working. They responded the next morning and immediately found the bad breaker. Always polite and professional personnel.
UPDATE:we decided to get new furnace after checking other businesses we found Siferd to be best quality and cost. We had new furnace the next week! Our furnace went out and service men arrived 4 hours after we called Siferd and they had the part to repair our 20 year old (not made anymore) furnace! The serviceman was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and why and showed us the bad part compared to new part. He also showed us how to read the error codes. Price for parts, emergency repair and cleaning furnace $315. I checked internet for price of part and found it for same price range. Overall very pleased, will be using Siferd again.

We were very happy with this company. They were able to send someone out to fix my issue the same day I called. Shawn was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. We will definitely be using this company again.

Came home from a week vacation to the Furnace out! They looked at options to repair the unit, but there were cracks in the heating element. (unit was 40 plus years old). Within two days I had a new unit installed. Nicholas was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Everything was cleanly installed and cleaned up before they left. Fantastic locally owned family business.

Our project involved putting new plumbing, sinks and stools in an old building with outdated plumbing. Sieferds did an excellent job, gave us great suggestions and finished ahead of time. We will use their service again

Boston and Nick were thankfully able to help us out after 3 service calls. The guy that came the first time charged nearly 400 dollars to do nothing. Ask for Nick if you decide to go with this company

Shawn installed new shower handles, new pedestal sink and new faucet's in my small bathroom. He did all this within 3 hours. Price was very good and service was spot on. I would definitely recommend this company.

Sean was an excellent communicator! The rest of the team arrived the next day and did very professional work! They finished our new sewer line and freshwater line in a couple of hours! Highly recommend!
