The company responded quickly to my phone message that our on demand water heater was down which heats our house. Tech dispatched then responded promptly, on a Saturday, and came out within an hour. He was polite, willing and Knowledgeable. The problem was fixed within an hour. Our system was installed by another company that no longer services the systems and we were a new client for Siferd's. We will definitely use them again.

Siferd is my go to place for everything. They do great work, but more importantly are all wonderful people. They always fit me in their schedules quickly, are on time, clean up after themselves, and have very fair pricing. They installed my new HVAC system in April. No issues until Furnace not getting up to temperature before shutting off. Called them and they came right out. Turns out it was just a clogged filter that I had just changed 2 months ago. Looks like the dust from my humidifiers in the winter was clogging the furnace filter quickly. They offered to go get a new one for me. I was a little embarrassed that the only problem was a clogged filter. Thanks for the quick and professional response!

Nice friendly workers always explain what needs done and why. I ask a lot of questions sometimes and they are always happy to explain things to me.

We are so thankful we called Siferd for a second opinion on our furnace. The first hvac man said we needed a new furnace and said it would keep running but didn’t diagnose the problem and it did not keep running. Siferd diagnosed it right away and replaced my blower motor and saved us $6,000. They also took the house call charge off our bill because they were sympathetic because we got ripped off with the other company who did nothing for us. I recommend Siferd all the way! 100%. Nick with Siferd PLUMBING was professional, proficient & courteous!! The service and quality of work was EXCELLENT!!!! NICK explained the work process clearly and in detail! HE THOUGHLY CLEANED the couple in my gas fireplace which abled him to light the pilot. GREAT JOB!

These guys are great! Gas was shut off due to a gas leak and they showed up same day to do repairs. They also found a major plumbing issue under the house that we were unaware of and were able to schedule repair for that pretty quick.
