Issues: they did a job for one of my rental houses that they knew I wasn't at and "accidentally" charged me for 3 hrs of work instead of 1hr. They said it was a mistake and corrected this when I called, so it wasn't an issue. Next, I called after this job was done and asked the owner if they had my old $150 pump because it was under warranty and I wanted to turn it in. The owner said they don't take the pumps with them, to check around the house. The pump was not there. I messaged them about this, no reply. When I got a hold of the secretary she stated they they always take the pumps and discard them immediately and that I should have asked them to leave it. So while their work was good, it was an expensive headache for me.

First off, he was super nice. Second and most important, he took the time to see what we REALLY needed. He put in a new central air unit for us and put in a new coil. My water heater gave out and Ken came out in a timely manner and replaced the unit courteously, professionally, and promptly. He even corrected some of the piping that was not following best practices. If I need a heating, cooling, or plumbing work done, I will definitely be reaching out to them.

We called and McDaniels came to see us the next afternoon to check out the blower on my furnace, the next day they had the parts and fixed my problems and even checked my central ac unit outside. Damn good service all around and very knowledgeable and reasonably priced! Thank you!

Great service, professional work, great cost as I saved quite a bit of money and my a/c is now performing better than it has since we moved in. McDaniel does not rush the job and gets it done right the first time, at the same time is interested in saving you money, many companies will try to get you to invest more and more money or scare you into buying new or what is not needed. This is not the case. McDaniel also explains each step in the process as he works allowing you to understand and see the reason for the work being done and why things were not working. They will be my only heating and cooling company I use. If you want a great price, an understanding of what is going on in your utilities, and a friendly attitude. McDaniel is the way to go.

Very friendly and professional. showed up same day I called within 40 min. Had the a.c. unit running within another 40 min. He checked all possible problems and found the issue. Also very reasonably priced. Will Deffinatly call upon his services again.

Extremely unreliable, rarely answers his cell phone and the voicemail is full. Installed the wrong part on our A/C unit and NEVER responded to messages to come back and fix it correctly. Do not recommend his services to anyone!!
