Ken came to the house at 9:00pm when the A/C went out during a very hot/humid night and came back the next day when needed again.
He was fast and friendly! Definitely recommend!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - doesn't return calls or texts. He always has an excuse of being too busy. All it takes is a simple text or phone call to say that you haven't forgotten about someone and you're trying to get to them rather than ignoring them. Don't bother calling this place because they won't show up.

Would be nice if they followed through on appointments, retuned phone calls, or checked answering machine so new messages can be left. Been waiting over four weeks, two appointments weren't kept, and now I can't even leave a message.

These guys are great and professional. There are many horrible ones but not these guys. Have had water heater, sump pump and AC fixed and always use Mcdaniel

They were very fast and had very reasonable prices. Will be using them again in the future!
