Pooya was very professional and helpful. He diligently diagnosed the problem without rushing into it. Provided all the available options for me to make the decision that was suitable for us. He was quick to setup follow up appointment and hoping to have heat back on tomorrow.

Wow! So fast and professional! Our heater went out on a 20 degree day and they were out in under 2 hours and had our unit fixed in under and hour. We will definitely use them again!

Sometimes, words alone cannot convey how one may feel about an experience... My furnace stopped working last night and my neighbor referred me to Pickerington Heating and Cooling. His furnace quit on him about a month ago and they serviced him by installing a new furnace...he was well pleased with the cost, service, professionalism, and efficiency. Well...today, Pickerington Heating sent a young man by the name of Josh Anderson to diagnose my furnace. Josh was very professional, kind, polite, honest, caring, insightful and knowledgeable. He was very thorough! Before he left, he wanted to make sure that I understood everything and asked me more than once if I had any other questions. So that means that he was extremely patient with me, also! I was given every discount that they offered. There was no pressure on selling their product. He gave to me the utmost respect.That means a lot! I am blessed to have had Josh come and be the technician sent to me. My insurance adjuster briefly spoke to Josh on the phone and commented to me that (Josh) seems like a very nice young man... Our A/C wasn’t cooling and I contacted Hilliard-Dublin heating and air for a repair. Our initial technician Matt was very knowledgeable about HVAC and informed us that a repair may not last and that a new unit was probably in our near future! He was absolutely correct as we had a leak in refrigerant within the next week. They gave us the BEST and most fair deal on a new AC unit compared to other Columbus companies and even provided us with a portable air conditioner until our install date. Blake and Eric were fast and efficient during our install and completed our wonderful experience with Hilliard-Dublin heating and air I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Had a scheduled furnace check and technician arrived after calling. He was professional and went over all of the results in a timely manner! Furnace was installed summer of 2018 and was best value for unit we purchased.

Every tech that we communicated with was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job explaining details so we could understand. I didn’t feel any pressure and they did an outstanding job with replacing our furnace and HVAC system. They even cleaned up absolutely everything so the place was spotless afterwards. They are my new HVAC company! They came out the same day that I called. Ohio Heating , who installed my system, never returned my call Sat a.m. and when I called them again Mon a.m. they said they never got my message! The technician from HDHA was a wonderful young man who was extremely knowledgeable and didn't waste time in resolving the problem. My furnace is under warranty but he pinpointed the problem without any needed part replacement. He serviced my air conditioner also for the year. Their prices are very reasonable for the professional level of service you receive. I am extremely happy with the service and highly recommend calling them for your service.

Cory was my savior after dealing with Atlas Butler! He was very knowledgeable and super polite, he gave me an honest answers and solutions. He had my air conditioner working in half the time atlas butler spent to tell me to buy a new unit. I will for sure be using this company in the future. Thank you so much for my peace of mind.

The technicians were friendly, efficient and very hard-working. Our house is old and had some quirks that they had to work around but they seemed to welcome the challenge and satisfied that the job was done so well.
