Serviced my ac unit for repair in May and it stopped working 2 days ago. Called since they did repairs but was told no warranty and that their service fee is now $49. No ma'am I paid 200 less than a 2 full months and now it's not working and 90° in my house....bet I will NOT EVER use this company again to be in this same situation a month and a half from now without a warranty.

The service tech was very professional and very helpful when he came out to my house It didn't take him very long to figure out the problem and fix it. Thank you five star heating Cooling for your great and awesome service I will definitely be using you guys again!

Wanted to get my A/C replaced because it was old. Had a salesperson come out, and agreed on an installation date. No one called. When I called back, after 5x, I was told they couldn’t do the job, with no explanation. Salesperson, never called me back. No Stars….

This was a wonderful experience. J.p., Jay,Cody, Nick were courteous and professional. They were knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was done correctl, even if it meant staying longer. While I hope I never have to buy another heating and air conditioning unit, I wouldn't hesitate to use 5 star for my repair and other needs. I highly recommend them.

We had Hassan come out to diagnose our furnace and then Josh C and JP came to install a new unit. Each team member was responsive, took the time to explain everything above and beyond expectation. They worked quickly and really cared about the quality of both their work and their customer service. 10/10 would call them again for work.
