I have I completed work that I have paid for and am not confident will get finished. Every time they show up to follow up on an incomplete job, they want to charge another $199 service charge, for work they did not complete. I was more than patient with their staff and the billing system leaves a lot to be desired. I just want work finished. Mailbox still have exposed live wires, I’m just hoping my blind neighbor who hogs down the street doesn’t hit one and sue me.
