Same day service (which was not expected, but appreciated), professional and knowledgeable. Anthony was not pressuring any sales, and diagnosed my concerns and made recommendations. Had him quote a new system and also maintaining current 20 year old system. Great value, good company.

All of the team involved from beginning to end were very professional. Donnie from sales seemed to be very honest, trustworthy, and answered all my questions and concerns regarding the equipment purchased. I received 3 quotes and drake was the median. The cheapest company could not tell me what equipment I would actually be receiving. Even the person handing the office administration and scheduling was nice and happy when we talked over the phone. Drake’s install team was able to install the AC and furnace in one day and only a few days after purchase. The 3 guys on the install team were professional in work performance and conduct. Their attitude, respect, and language would rival any place of business. I was impressed by their conduct from arrival to departure. I definitely recommend giving this company a chance.

Drake is always reliable and reasonable. I have been working with them for many years and I am always satisfied with my installation and service.

I have used Drake three times in the last year and a half to get my geothermal system going. Each time I am treated like I'm the only customer they have. Very responsive and excellent system knowledge. Mike Smith is easy to work with and quickly finds the problem and offers a solution. I have them on my speed dial.

The service provided by Josh, Tom, Isaiah, Lee and Aaron was outstanding. These gentleman were polite and on time everyday. They made every effort to take the time to ensure the system was installed correctly the first time. They took the time to clean up everyday and minimized the mess in every way possible. Josh was an excellent leader and directed the other installers step by step to ensure efficient work was also being done. He took the time to explain the process and answered all of our questions. He even took the time to make our highly anxiety dog comfortable with his team being in our home.The Cunningham family was very pleased with the service provide by Drake heating and air and look forward to working with them in the future for any needed inspections and service provided. The service technician, Kevin, was very thorough. He explained what he was going to do and answered a few of my questions clearly. He was friendly and pleasant. After completing the work he carefully went over everything he had done, in detail and showed pictures of the results. Very pleased with the service.

Great company! Drake is our go to for HVAC problems, and they always do a great job. Had a technician out to diagnose our problem the same day we called and gave us multiple options at different price points for solutions. Logan who came out for our install did a fantastic job and kept us informed during the entire process.

We use Drake heating and air for our yearly air conditioning maintenance. Jared came out and did an excellent job and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Provided some options to improve our system but was low pressure and left it up to us to decide. Overall very satisfied and would like to have Jared come back again for future service.
