Jared was on time and very thorough. Jared explained all the aspects of my furnace. I did not know about the filter, Jared explained how to order and how to place it into the furnace. Jared was also very kind to my dog!

I have been a customer with Drake Heating and Air for several years. They contacted me. There was an unexpected opening in the line-up for their work schedule. They asked if it would be OK for them to come to my home to perform their previously scheduled maintenance on my heat pump. Casey Letts called to inform me that he would be here in a few minutes.

He was prompt and performed the maintenance swiftly and unobtrusively.

Drake performed a seasonal inspection of the heating system at which time I asked for quotes for various system upgrades. They provided me with written quotes on the spot and left me to call and schedule at my convenience, no pressure.

Later I had them install a whole house humidifier system — one of the quotes I received. They honored the quote. Communication and scheduling was easy and the staff was friendly and professional. I had to pay in advance for the system upgrade to get on the schedule. There were no hidden fees or additional billing after the install.

I will use them again.

The experience was positive from start to finish. All of the personnel were friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, from the scheduling of my appointment, to the evaluation of the problem, to the two man crew that did the actual installation. My questions were answered fully, and they went out of their way to get back to install the new unit in a timely manner, (coming out on a weekend) as our current furnace was damaged and unsafe to use. It was just installed today, but it seems to be running like a charm. I would highly recommend Drake heating and air, David as the salesperson/troubleshooter, and Joshua and Dan, the two who did the actual installation. I’m very pleased! 😊

I've called on Drake many years now for annual furnace tune ups and for a new A/C unit a few years ago. Casey was very personable and efficient. I definitely recommend Drake!

David checked equipment found a couple problems. Explained each step as he completed it and what the system should be at with test equipment. Very informative which let me know how my system was supposed to work and what my routine maintenance should be to keep it working smoothly.

Very good experience! Jared was knowledgeable & explained everything in way that was easy to understand. We feel confident that with a little clean up & adjusting we will get more life out of our older furnace.

Can’t even describe the hospitality and professionalism TOP notch! Buzz and Thomas are the best team also! Have to add Chase to my list! Absolutely delightful then he put Dusty on the phone and they figured out my ole Lennox Chase even had help!
