Recently replaced a 40+ year old HVAC system. Roger came out to give us an estimate. After examining our current system and evaluating what we were looking for in a new system gave us multiple options, the differences between them and the pros/cons of each. He made it very easy to decide which system to go with. Three days later Floyd and Brandon were here promptly at 9am for the installation. Before getting started they put down drop cloths everywhere they would be working or walking and answered any questions or concerns. Halfway through the install it started raining which I thought would hamper the outdoor work (It didn't). The drain in the basement had an ill-fitted cover which they modified so that the cover would fit correctly (and look nicer) before tying the drain pipe into it. Afterwards they cleaned up every area they had worked in and walked us through using the new system and thermostat. Great job from start to finish!

I want to start off with saying I hate leaving reviews. With that being said this should give a bit more oomph.

From sales to install it was an enjoyable process. I talked with quite a lot of other companies but most of them just looked at the unit and gave me a price. Fire and Ice took the time to explain why this unit is the best for my house and they didn’t try to upsell without first explaining why. I wanted to replace my AC unit but at the same time I needed to run some duct for a hood. They took the time and listen to my idea, we molded the idea into something that made sense (a few other companies helped as well) in the end I got exactly what I wanted.

The install team was great! I’m the type of person who is curious about how some things work so I bothered the installers a few times with questions and the both seemed knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.

In the end I got exactly what I wanted.

Adam came out to our home and did a routine maintenance on our air conditioner. He was very courteous, on time and respectful of our home. We have a lot of confidence in Fire & Ice and would highly recommend them!

Nick and Carlos arrived on time and started working immediately. The drop cloths were put down and the uninstall/install of both the furnace and the ac unit commenced. Before I knew it my home was drop cloth free and both units had been completed in a most timely and efficient manner.

Bryan and Nick were both very professional and friendly! When there is someone in your home typically it isn't like you can relax and go about your day but we were totally able to do just that. It is like they were not even here as they worked hard for 9+ hours to get the job done. Please tell them THANK YOU for being so awesome at what they do! Huge kudos to both gentlemen and you are lucky to have them on your team.

I usually don’t leave reviews. The older I get the more I realize they help make my decisions. That is how I found Fire and Ice was because of their great reviews. It literally started from the beginning of talking to a very helpful person in customer service. They connected me to Roger who came to the house the very next day. I’ve been a sales rep for ten years so I was very upfront with Roger from the beginning. My biggest factor was trust and he gave that to me. I trusted what he suggested and he gave me everything I asked for. Demetrius, Rob, and Jacob were out to my house within a week to install a new AC and Furnace, while having to deal with and remove our 20 plus year units. They were professional from the beginning and did an amazing job. They showed me all the work they did and how to operate everything. The equipment was sleek and clean looking from the basement to the outside unit. If they wouldn’t have done a good job then I would have heard it from my wife. I received a brand new air conditioner and heater today. Nick was fantastic! He knocked on the door and introduced himself and his partner. He advised what he was going to do and how long it would take him. They put down draping to cover my floors and he communicated with me when he was about to turn on the air and then the heat to test it. I was in the other room and even heard him tell his partner to make sure to wipe up the floor where they were working. He showed me how to work the new thermostat and was very professional the entire visit. I would highly recommend Nick and this company!

I've used Fire & Ice for years and they're consistently excellent. The techs they send out have always been top notch, and today was no exception. Billie identified the problem we were having, fixed it, and explained everything. (The detailed explanations are always important to me).

This review is for my semi annual inspection and maintenance performance. Technician, Harry Lawson, called ahead to let me know he was on the way and gave me a 20 minute eta. Harry was very friendly, professional, polite and knowledgeable. He wore shoe covers inside my home, spent the time necessary to explain the good and bad of my 22 year old HVAC system and was in no rush to leave. He provided information on features available to improve performance and add health benefits to my existing system. Also explained the benefits of a new energy efficient HVAC system compared to the performance of the existing unit. I have been using Fire and Ice for many years and they have always provided the highest level of service. No need to look elsewhere.
