Furnace failed (when it's cold outside in May - what's up with that). Even though I was not a current customer, Fire & Ice got me on the schedule for the same day. Adam showed up and was polite and efficient. Took the time to properly diagnose the issue while keeping me informed every step of the way. We both lucked out in that he had the broken part's replacement on the truck as it was fully stocked and was able to make the repairs. Adam took the time to linger a bit to ensure the furnace was functioning properly and would work after he left. I was impressed to learn that although this was an after-hours call and Adam had another customer after me (it was 8pm) I never felt my job wasn't his number one priority or rushed. Thank you Adam and Fire & Ice. I'm now a loyal customer.

Our apartment complex used Fire & Ice to replace our HVAC system. Nick and Heman were our technicians, and both were professional. They made sure everything was working properly before they left, and that we understood the new thermostat. I would recommend this company.

Fire and Ice technician Adam arrived well within the time frame I was given. He was friendly and professional. I was given a full detailed report of what he checked during my annual A/C check. Answered all my questions and provided additional info on humidifier and dehumidifier systems.

I had a new a/c unit installed and humidifier added to my furnace. A big thanks to Roger, my sales rep, who took me through the process of what I would need to replace the very old a/c unit I had and also the benefits of installing a humidifier on the furnace. I also had a register vent installed in the ductwork so great could get in my basement. What a difference that made. Jacob and Demetrius made the installation easy and flawless. They were professional and got the job finished to perfection. I am very pleased with all they did. They explained everything quite well and answered all my questions. I'm very happy with all.

We got a brand new HVAC system from Fire & Ice. After shopping around, their prices and customer service outranked everyone, by a mile! We worked with Luke for the sales process and he was a lifesaver. Answering every question I had, and continuing even after the install. The AC unit has been working well and cools our house like I hoped. I can’t say enough about the customer service though. Highly highly recommend Fire & Ice!!

Very professional and informative about the process. Isaac did a wonderful job and took pictures of the insides of the duct work for us to review. I would use Fire and Ice for other HVAC jobs around the house.

Fire and Ice is quite an amazing Company. Harry is a very good technician! I highly recommend him. He has no problem with anything to handle. Everything he touched ended up working and he has people skills that is rare to find.

Jessica did a wonderful job servicing my ac unit. She informed of some parts that need replaced before the summer heat hits. She was very friendly and informative with explaining everything she was doing. My only complaint is when she sprayed my ac unit off she sprayed water up into my dryer vent. I couldn't figure out where all the water was coming from until I took the vent hose off. Easy fix non the less.I'm sure she was unaware but something to look out for come next time.

Brian was excellent the moment he showed up and was patient with numerous interruptions from my kids. He was very technical and provided a lot of advice and good information about our HVAC system and what to expect in the future. He was everything we could hope for when it comes to taking care of our systems!

Edit: Demetrius, Billie and Harlan did the install yesterday and they were awesome! I don't think they stopped once for even lunch and worked all day super hard! They gave some great advice and took care of everything from start to finish! Yall deserve some much needed time off! ;)

Fire and Ice was very responsive and got someone out to me the same day. Luke was very professional and collaborative. He worked cleanly and smartly and helped me understand what he was doing and why every step of the way. I really appreciate that approach because I always want to know everything that is going on with anything in my home. Luke was able to make great recommendations that made sense and I will definitely be calling Fire and Ice from here on out.
