Nick and Joe serviced our townhome efficiently and reliably! The owner of our property scheduled them to replace our AC/Heating unit. Nick and Joe put down cloths and cleaned up effectively. They were on time (8:30 am) and I felt very secure about having them in the house while I left to run an errand. Thanks, guys!

The sales person performed with little integrity and didn't deliver the follow up service he spoke highly of which was the decisioning factor selecting fire and ice. Brian came to my home for the sale however clearly coming back for the promise follow up was not as important. Information wasn't disclosed at the time of sale which is dishonest. Information was shared at the time of installation. Misinformation was also given and given with the purpose to mislead and take advantage. This system was the nite expensive and I paid cash only to be left feeling I was scammed. A expensive lesson for a senior and widower. The sin isn't mine yet I'm left with the burden and I will share my story over and over.

Harry did a great job troubleshooting a complex problem then fixed it. Great technician and a better person! Highly recommend!

Our technician Adam did an excellent job explaining, testing and maintaining our AC system. He was very courteous, thorough and professional. He went the extra step to double check and find a small leak before adding more refrigerant.

I called about 9:45pm on a Saturday night. I was told a On Call technician would call within 30 minutes. He did. He arrived about 1 hr later and did a Great Job explaining WHAT the problem was and HOW to make sure it didn't happen again. He would not take a tip. The price was Very Fair especially since it was on the Weekend and After Hours. Will use THIS Company Again!

Our complete HVAC system was replaced a month ago.
We experienced a flawless, informative process from sales to installation. Bryan, our sales pro, performed a detailed anaysis of our home's size, construction & features to develop an evaluation of our HVAC needs to offer the optimum sized equipment and has returned several times since the installation to insure it's proper functioning and our understanding of the entire system. The installation was performed within 3 days of our agreement - with the crew (Jon, Daniqua & Colby) getting the old system removed (furnace & A/C) and the new system installed in a matter of hours - they even modified ductwork and rerouted some lines originally installed by our builder to increase efficiency and give the system a cleaner appearance. Another great surprise was their tenacity with the cleanup - all their work areas were left totally spotless!!! Overall the best contractor performance we have experienced in 35 years of home ownership including having 2 homes built by the area's most reputable developers. The system runs great, is quiet and can now be operated through my phone from anywhere - even if just to insure it's running while at my winter haven.

Jesica was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.She showed us how to replace the filter, which was tricky. She took her time and explained what she did. She also explained the benefits of the service maintenance feature and we signed up. She loves her job and it shows. We were very pleased with her service. We have not been disappointed with any technicians from Fire and Ice yet.

Service Tech Lane H. discovered the reason and solution for why our AC wouldn’t continue running. He promptly found that it was the result of an install error and covered u see warranty. His honesty and professionalism were very refreshing.
