Mitch arrived as scheduled, performed the checkup in a reasonable amount of time and reported all working in very good condition. Was pleasant and informative when asking whether I had ever considered a humidifier and suggested I should without being pushy ! He provided a quote for installation and emailed it to me upon request. I appreciated his service!

Called when our furnace wasn't working and they were able to come out the same day. James came out and was both professional and friendly. He fixed my issue and taught me some basic troubleshooting steps. Will use them again in the future.

Be careful what you sign-up for. Our unit has some A/C issue within the 10 Years Parts warranty with Columbus Worthington Air on the unit. But they say since the owner changed, we can't honor that - customer service happy to reject.

Easy process, competitive bid (with alternatives) arrived on time and seamless installation. Cleaned up afterwards and both individuals were polite and answered all of my questions. Unit seems to be working great.

Daniel came on time. He was polite and very professional. He replaced furnace humidifier filter, well explained and showed why it had to be replaced. Then he ran several tests and assured me that heating system is working well. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I will definitely call on Daniel and Worthington Air again.

Trevor was very professional. He did a system check for us and explained some possible challenges to me with pictures on his phone. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful!
We have had an excellent service situation with an installation of a new gas furnace and heat pump. They were timely, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Every service person was courteous and explained things well to me.

Both the guys were super chill, did their work and worked hard, ended up doing me a few small favors too due to my old HVAC setup being unsatisfactory. Really appreciate the work they did and their communication, would definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking to get their HVAC system replaced or repaired!
