Our AC wasn’t working - they got someone out same day and resolved our problem. The technician was super friendly, explained all the options in front of us and got us up and running. We are very happy with our service!

Had AC system replaced by Columbus Worthington Air. Installers were very conscientious about their work, cleaning up after and precautions to keep clean as they worked. Had problems with the system a few weeks later on a Sunday evening and they immediately sent a technician out to repair the system. Very good service.

Tech came to troubleshoot A/C. Not repaired yet. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable. The deinstall/Install team was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable, kept me informed of progress throughout. Everything was clean and neat when finished. The one technician, Joe, was helpful setting up my Nest application for the new thermostat and smoke and Nest CO detector near the new furnace/AC unit. Very pleased with the whole experience!

Delonte was our sales man, and he was very personable and professional. He explained everything about the systems and what he could do for us.
The installers, Jeff and Ron were great to work with. They took there time and answered any questions we had. They were also very personable and professional.

The technician (Angela) did a thorough job inspecting our system and performing regular maintenance. She noted some concerns for us to follow up on that we would not have been aware of otherwise. Columbus Worthington Air has been a reliable and trusted service provider for us for many years.

I choose to go with Columbus Worthington Heat and Air because their price was a better value than others I was quoted for. However I also think they gave me the most thorough solution for my home. I had duct issues everywhere and my system was not getting enough air to cool my upstairs. They solved both problems for cheaper than 3 of the 5 places I got a quote from. The workers were fast, diligent, and polite. Will require some more testing but as of now I could not be more happy with my decision to go with this company.

They showed up a little early, which I am grateful. Very polite and professional. Laid down blankets to keep our floor clean. Wore booties over their shoes. They both explained what they were doing during the process. At the end, they took me to all the new equipment to give me more information about each unit. I had a couple questions that were answered and explained to me. The new units look wonderful. The outside unit was placed on a new platform and definitely was done by top notch professionals. Will be using them for all routine maintenance and any further needs.

Joe our technician was very through and informative. Honored special price. We had been with another company for years, they raised prices and took away our two visit plan. So no need to be a loyal customer any longer.
Worthington Air did a great job at a lower price

They did a complete removal of old air conditioner and furnace with full installation of new units adding humidifier and new smart thermostat including new ventilation cap on roof. Everything was great from beginning to end including appointment for estimate to after installation followup call to make sure that everything was working properly. The installers were great to work with and very professional and polite. Already can tell how much we needed to replace these units. We probably should have done this a few years ago and to be honest house has never felt more comfortable even better than when we first moved in to the house as a new build 21 years ago.

Our first experience was with Kenny (William) and he did a great job pinpointing the issue and repairing it as well. Trevor came out for our tune-up and found out our heat pump hadn't been working. So he was very helpful and was upfront about pricing and gave us a comprehensive list of what needs to be done. We'll definitely continue our service with them.
