Trevor, the service tech who responded to our house, was very timely, clean, personable, and informative about my heater and air conditioner. He took pictures of items that were obviously issues with the system. He made suggestions and was not pushy about making any changes. I especially appreciated that. I highly recommend this company.

Bryce was Terrific. He kept me advised on what he was doing and gave me some tips on selecting filters. He was very friendly and I trusted what he told me. All Worthington Employees have been great to work with.

The technician who came out for our routine inspection found a large crack in the heat exchanger of our fairly young furnace. He immediately shut the system down, educated us, and had a consultant out within an hour. We were quoted a very fair price for a new system and installation was completed the next day. Great friendly service from start to finish and we are thankful for a technician who was extremely thorough and prevented a potentially dangerous situation.

Our service technician from Columbus Worthington Air was Trevor Cole. He is a fine young man who my aging mother is comfortable with, he is very polite and does an outstanding job. I will always request Trever when we need HVAC work.

Quick, professional and friendly services! First, I was called before the technician arrived. I was then texted w the name of the technician. When he arrived, he offered to put on his booties to protect my flooring (not many do this anymore).
He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. I asked him to explain certain things to me which he took the time to do. He made recommendations and offers but I didn’t feel any pressure to opt in.

Had a wonderful experience with CWA. They Had been recommended to use them for an A/C tune up by family. Service was very punctual, Robert answered all of my questions, provided a thorough summary of an appointment and future work that will need to be done (preventative maintenance type work). Will use CWA for my future HVAC needs!
