Fast, efficient, professional and reasonably priced. I used their annual service contract to maintain my AC and furnace. I have no experience with these types of things and asked if I needed anything replaced. Instead of gouging me with unnecessary expenses they provided me with trustworthy and excellent service and so far my furnace and AC are still working perfectly and my electric/gas bills are reasonable. Love this company and their quality service!

Bill showed up in 30 minutes, replaced a gas valve and totally saved us. The ice melted off the inside of the windows and the furnace is working better than ever in our rental property. Reasonably priced, friendly and fast service (and on a Sunday!). Thank you so much for your help, it is -2 today outside!

I have an HVAC annual contract with Classic Air and 2 weeks after an annual check up I asked for a technician to inspect our A/C to identify a loud noise coming from the unit. It only happened once and A/C was still working, but I still wanted it looked at. He said we needed a new TXV. The cost of labor for the valve replacement was $648 (the A/C is only 3 yrs old so the part is still under warranty). I called the company who installed the A/C and asked them if they would look at it. Owner of the company inspected the unit and said the test he ran on the TXV indicated there was no problem. He thought possibly something had fallen into the unit causing the noise, but to follow up if it occurred again. He did not charge for a service call. Also, if the TXV had needed replacing, his fee would have been $400. I thought it important (however I guess I was mistaken) to let Classic Air know what I learned and that I nearly spent $648 for an unneeded repair. Not to mention that if the repair WAS warranted, the cost was $248 less. It only took 1 call to Classic Air before I immediately got off on the wrong foot with the lady who answers their phone. She informed me it's rare that their technicians make mistakes. I called 3 times to talk with someone else but she told me I didn't need to talk with anyone but her...she could help me. I finally asked her to please have a manager or owner call me. Either that person never got the message or no one in the company cared. This from a company I worked with for years. I'd like to have a portion of my $155 annual contract fee returned, since I will not have them do a fall inspection of the furnace.

I had a great experience last year with Classic Air installing a new AC unit for us - They were such professional and respectful of my home. This week I received an assistance from Krik identifying proper furnance system and humidifier for our house. Great service and reasonable price. I'll definitely consider Krik and Classic Air when it's time to upgrade our furnance system. I truly appreciate his honesty and help. Thank you.

Thank you, Classic Air. The Service Team has maintained the furnace and air conditioner in my house since it was built 28 years ago (It's been my home for the last 14 years). This year, it was time for a new furnace and air conditioner. The Installation Team removed the old equipment and put in the new quickly and efficiently, AND cleaned up after themselves! The owner met with me and put together 2 heating and cooling options - both included maintenance checks, and the pricing was fair. Classic Air is a class act!

My tech, Iby, was extremely knowledgeable, fast, and most importantly, there is zero upselling or sales tactics. He diagnosed the situation, assesed what it would be, gave me a couple options including doing nothing and I chose the one to temporarily extend my ancient system until I decide on the proper replacement. He was also at my residence within 4 hours of the call! I also felt comfortable with tech being around my home / building. He even let me look at my unit and teach me a little about what was going on. Excellent service and easy to deal with!
