We proactively replaced our existing builder-grade Lennox furnace, and air conditioner, thermostat, humidifier, air cleaner, water heater and enlarged our under-sized cold air return in May 2017. We obtained multiple quotes on the same exact equipment and ultimately selected Classic Air because we believed that they would perform a higher quality installation than the competition. A team of five installers worked all-day long to get the job done. They were extremely professional, courteous and cleaned everything up when done. The new system works very well. We have no complaints. Looking forward to many years of comfort, energy savings and maintenance from Classic Air.

EB was awesome!!!!!! He came by a while back to install a new Furnace system. He and the other guys where fantastic!!! They were all really nice, professional, and quick on the installation. Also, before they left EB explained, and showed me, that my ducts were almost clogged up, and cleaned them before he and his guys left. EB was great and I will absolutely be calling Classic Air for any future business, or issues from now on

We have been on the Classic Air Maintenance plan since we moved into our house 4 years ago. We have all electric and we didn’t know much about the appliances as we have always had natural gas. The first time, they came just to help with thermostat set up. They are always very knowledgeable and informing, I think Bill - one of the usual technicians has taught me everything I know about coil heating and A/C maintenance. Happy to be a customer, happier to have found a great company that only fixes what needs fixed, show up on time, and explain what they are doing to help. Fantastic and fast service. On a 90-degree day, our AC stopped running. I called and they had a technician at my house within 2 hours. He did some quick checks inside the house and found a blown fuse in the furnace. Rather than just replace the fuse, he kept checking for the source of the power spike and found a mouse nest in the condenser wiring! The mouse had chewed threw the insulation, causing a power spike and the blown fuse. Within 30 minutes, both problems had been fixed and my house was cooling down again. The technician was friendly, polite, and personable. I would highly recommend their service.

What can I say, Russ came out and gave us an estimate that nobody could match for like systems and warranty (interviewed 8 companies total). Just received my rebate yesterday, they handled all of that for me too. The system is exactly what Russ said it would be and was professionally installed with minimal interruption. Thank you Classic Air, I will be giving you a call on our rental when that system finally goes. I highly recommend them.

Our Furnace went out and Bob and his team had a new one installed by the end of the day. It was 5 degrees out and with 2 infants in the house it was critical that the heat be restored. All the techs and managers were nice and by later that evening the heat was on. I won't use anyone but Classic Air in the future.

Classic Air provided outstanding service! Showed up when they said they would, techs very professional and friendly. I got a great brand new Air conditioner for a reasonable price that replaced a 19 year+ unit that bucked and kicked like a bronco!! sounded like it was going to explode! I would highly recommend this company to everyone

I've used Classic Air for decades. Our first improvement in our new condo was to have them in to update the heat and A/C. Our buyer for our old home was already one of their customers so I wasn't concerned when they wanted to retest the A/C for a possible leak after our closing date. I knew our buyer would be fine. They've kept us warm in the winter and cool in the summer for over two decades. They've earned our trust.
