Ebi (estimator) from Classic Air came to our home and inspected our current furnace and A/C unit which were close to 17 years old. He was friendly, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and informative. He gave me an estimate onsite for the units I was considering, which was the lowest bid I had received. Aaron and Team from Classic Air did a great job removing my old furnace and A/C unit and installing new Lennox units. They ran new 8 wire from my Nest thermostat to the furnace to replace the 35 yr old 4 wire. The installation crew was friendly, efficient and competent. I highly recommend Classic Air.

Our furnace went out recently and it was a very old and outdated system. Classic Air was recommended by a co-worker. We got a few quotes and Classic Air was very competitive in pricing and the systems specs. They installed the new system, hauled everything away, cleaned everything up and you would never have known anyone was there. Their installation crew was extremely friendly and personable. They were also able to secure the best financing of any company we looked at. I highly recommend them.

BEST BEST BEST service in town. I would never consider another HVAC company. If only all businesses operated like this one! Joey came out and did my summer maintenance check this week. As always, he was prompt, courteous, and efficient! When I went to the basement later in the day, I noticed the empty box from the filter I had purchased (and it's a large filter / large box) was gone - Joey took it with him when he left. Now that may seem like a small thing, but it really spoke volumes. I had a privacy fence installed earlier this year by a very well known company and they left an absolute mess in my yard. Sadly, I've come to expect poor service because it is so often the norm. The fact that Joey left the basement spotless, even taking along that empty box, really struck me - that is someone who cares about his customers, his job, and his company! I've used Classic Air for years and years (including to install new furnace and AC last year) and I have never had an issue. I trust them implicitly and feel as though they have always been fair on price.

Our AC went out in the middle of July. We got quotes from three different companies and Classic Air had the best price AND could do it several days sooner than anyone else. Russ moved heaven and earth to get us scheduled within two days and the work was absolutely phenomenal quality!! They are the definition of customer service and quality work!!

They are the best HVAC team I have ever worked with: Professional, efficient, knowledgeable. They installed a Heat Pump and did such a great job I had them replace 2 other AC/Furnace units that were getting old. Best decision i ever made.

Classic Air came has been Johnny-on-the-spot everytime we've needed them. We needed a new furnace, and they were on time for the install. The guys that showed up were efficient, good natured, and extremely professional. Added bonus that they finished the job a couple hours sooner than estimated. I was impressed with little details such as all the timers on all of the controls showed the right time, not even a scrap of leftover materials on the ground, and all the pipes, lines, and conduit was run in a tight professional manner. I can't say enough good things about this company!
