Great experience. We have worked with Classic Air more than once. We had the whole system installed in our previous residence. When we decided to go for a new HVAC system for our new residence, we just called Mr Russ, the owner. He gave us an estimate and scheduled the install same week. Both the installations were done professionally and so far, we are very happy with Classic Air for their services.

I was surprised that I was able to get same-day service to install a thermostat that I did not purchase from them. Phil was polite, clean and masked, all the makings of a good experience. Even though the thermostat I purchased was really designed for a newer system so it required a special provided adapter to make it work, Phil stayed on this project until it was finished. We have used this company over a long period of time and have always been impressed by their integrity. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I used Classic Air to install 3 HVAC systems in my house. Two were heat pumps and one was an AC and Furnace. They installed it over a two year period as my old systems were no longer worth repairing. Of everyone that has worked at my house, I would say that Classic Air was by far the most professional, capable, and cost effective. I say most cost effective because they are masters at getting you the right size unit for the job, pricing it right, and and doing an exceptional install at the highest standards. I was clearly impressed by them when they installed my first unit in 2017 that I have had them install every unit I needed ever since.
