Dana came to the rescue this summer on one of the hottest days when the ac unit broke down and had it fixed in a flash! He is so responsive and also very informative to what exactly is going wrong. Will definitely be calling him again for any other HVAC issues that may present themselves.

At the recommendation of a neighbor, I called Cleveland Comfort Solutions to address a frozen thermostat during a hot and humid streak in the CLE. Dana offered to come that same morning, and had I not been working in the office, I would have accepted that appointment. He not only addressed the broken thermostat but also took a look at my equipment and made some smart recommendations about future service. As a first-time homeowner who's been in her house for exactly one month, I appreciated the time he took to explain things and his respect for me as a novice in all things mechanical.

Heating was intermittent and would not turn on when it went below the set temperature. I had to consistently re-trigger the set temp on the thermostat to kick the heat on. CCS owner, Dana, came out right away after my landlord contacted him to assess the issue. He wanted to determine the issue before replacing major pieces and parts. First, he replaced the thermostat as he had one available with him and that is an easy and cheaper solution. That wasn't the problem, so he spent significant time over a couple days assessing and manipulating different elements, until he determined it was the pressure switch. He replaced it and it's been fine ever since! He was great about communicating with me and working with my schedule (I work at home, but he didn't want to interrupt meetings). I appreciate his communication and strategy to determine the problem first before racking up a huge bill with unnecessary replacements. Thanks, Dana!

Dana installed a high-efficiency furnace in my house 2 years ago (no problems since). He just installed a new water heater, called him in the morning and it was done by 2pm. He only installs high-quality equipment and his work is careful and thorough. Highly recommend.
