Great service

I was out trimming my hedges about 2 years ago and Dana approached me and handed me a fridge magnet and said he works in the area and if I ever needed anything with heating and cooling, to let him know. I respect the hustle so I stuck the magnet on my fridge. Over the weekend my AC unit stopped blowing cold air and although I had used another service for my furnace prior, I admired Dana promoting himself so confidently. I didn't want to bother him on the weekend so I shot him an email at about 10pm on a Sunday and within minutes had a reply telling me that he had another appointment scheduled but could stop by to assess the issue. He pulled in at the time he told me he would and texted me prior to let me know he would be on time. He jumped out of his truck, spoke to me for a few minutes, and started taking my AC unit apart to assess the situation. Within minutes he identified the issue, had the part on hand, and had cold air blowing in my house all within 10mins. The man is professional, organized, charismatic, and priced below the competition. Everything you could want in a small business owner. I even learned that he teaches HVAC to the next generation of laborers which speaks more to his great character. If you need something done with HVAC, residentially or commercially, call Dana; he's the man!
