After moving into a new house 11 years ago and finding things the builder didn't complete, a friend recommended I contact Herrmann and I've been a customer ever since and Herrmann is the only plumber that has been in my house. Always prompt (if not earlier than the expected time), courteous and straight up in explaining the issues and the cost. Keep up the good work!!

Scheduled an appointment with these folks for a ceiling fan repair. I rearranged my schedule to be home at the appointment time. Thirty minutes before the appointment they call me to tell me they aren't coming as the person is busy elsewhere. They wanted to come some other day, but I declined and cancelled the service, as since they didn't keep their word about showing up for this appointment, why would I trust them to keep another one? If they treat a prospective new customer this way, I question how I'd be treated if I had an issue with some work they did for me after they have my money. Needless to say, I'll have my ceiling fan repaired by someone else.

Herrmann services has been our go to people for all of our plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning needs!! They are friendly, quick to respond, super knowledgeable and affordable.

I called them out for an estimate on plumbing some natural gas line and converting my furnace from propane to natural gas. Tony seemed friendly enough but seemed rattled about doing the plumbing job. He told me he would contact me in a few days with the estimate and I never heard from him again. They also quoted me $640 to change the gas valve and orifices in my furnace. I bought the parts online for less than $100 and did it myself in 15 minutes. Way over priced in my opinion and if they didn't want the job he should have been up front and said so.

We love using Hermann services because they can handle any job you need. Plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling they do it all. They're maintenance plan is also very affordable and saves you money in the long run. We highly recommend them!

I arrive in Florida Tuesday afternoon for a much needed vacation.

Wednesday morning 2:00AM my cell phone rings (don't you hate those calls in the middle of the night). A hysterical tenant crying, "I am standing in two feet of water in my basement!" There is a terrible storm and the drains just can't handle it. Next morning, I call Herrmann Services, a live person actually answers the phone.They send their technician over to access the water damage to the furnace and hot water heater. Both are ruined and need to be replace. The technician suggested allowing things to dry out for a day. They were back first thing Friday morning.
The technician called at 1:30PM letting me know the job was done.

This family owned business has always done a great job and I have joined up for their service agreement. They have employees that have worked with them a long time and I feel like I know several of them and they are always friendly and professional.
I was out of town and my friend who was watching my pets came over during last summer's heat wave and found my A/C was out! I had my friend call them, they came over the same day and it was fixed.
I've had nothing but great experiences with them.

Just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to troubleshoot, and explain to me the situation with patience. I've been having issues with ac unit for some time now, turned out to be a fuse and a relay. Affordable and quick, and ac is running nice and cold now. Respectful of your home, and safety wearing mask , washing hands and wearing booties. Thanks for taking your time and doing such a great job quickly and efficiently.

Repair tech missed $1 defective disconnect switch on furnace telling me I need new ac unit at $4900. Unit was later determined to be operable. Management sided with lying repair tech. Good luck if you get that tech, Brian seems blindly loyal to his people.

We have used Tony several time and find him to be very knowledgeable and professional. He seems to always have what he needs on his truck and cleans up the work area when finished. Would highly recommend Herrmann Services.
