I got the quoted work done for half
of what Apollo asked for with another plumber. I requested a refund for the service fee due to their exuberant price and was told I would get one. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven't received my refund. And now when I call back to ask about it, no one will talk to me. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Called Apollo for emergency plumbing repair over Memorial Day weekend. Dispatch happened almost immediately and technician arrived within a couple of hours. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Price was reasonable too. Highly recommend this business and ask for Tyler!

Apollo was fantastic! The Apollo team was responsive and set me up with an appointment within 72 hours of calling. My electrician (Nate Pugh) was amazing. He was professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable and efficient. Nate was able to install half a dozen new light fixtures (interior and exterior) in a timely fashion at almost half the price of local competitors. I would highly recommend Nate and the Apollo team to anyone with electrical needs!

Elliott showed up on time prepared with all materials needed for the job. He was kind and professional, reviewing the job we me to ensure things ended up how I wanted. He was efficient and got the job done on time.

Three men came to our home to fix new designer vinyl floor in out bedroom that was installed two months ago. They got it finished in two days, put back out furniture the way we had it, and cleaned their mess. Now we have a beautiful floor that has a slight "spring" to it. They were as quiet as the equipment they were using allowed. They were friendly and explained and answered any questions we had. The electricians arrived on time and kept me informed throughout the duration of the work they were doing on my home. They were very informative as to what was required as I had bought an older home, but had not been fully updated with ground wires in the outlets.

I would recommend Apollo to anyone as they keep their appointments and keep you up-to-date as to when workers will arrive. The workers will arrive and work as quickly as they can to get work done on your home. It’s the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time.
