We needed a new sump pump. Kenya was very pleasant and informative. It was nice to have someone come out the day after calling, gave us a quick estimate and able to complete the work all within a few hours. She was respectful of our house and cleanliness. I always call Apollo for anything dealing with home repairs. I feel the price is usually on point and the service is down to earth and never trying to nickel and dime me.

It cannot be overstated how wonderful this company is! We hired Apollo for both the electrical work and the plumbing work on switching from an old gas water heater to an electric water heater, in addition to some other electrical and plumbing tasks.

Every technician they have sent has been professional and done amazing work! They have helped to make being homeowners as easy and stress-free as possible. We will be hiring their services often in the future and recommending them to everyone we know.

CJ was our technician and I couldn’t have asked for better service. He was there at the exact time of the appointment, and after we fixed the initial issue he took the time to show me a preventative measure to keep the issue from happening again. Apollo should be proud to have an employee like CJ out in the field as an ambassador for the company.

We had a plumbing issue which another plumber stated was a venting issue. Apollo accurately diagnosed it as not being fixable by conventional drain snaking nor by snaking the vent. Brought in the power flush and got the clog out of our system. Very thankful to them. Reasonably priced. From the first call we made to the final repair they were Professional, Customer Service oriented, knowledgable and experienced. Isaiah was great!

Matt was awesome! He took time to explain all of his findings and went over all of our options so we could make an informed decision. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and set up a same day follow up appointment with a project manager since we ultimately have to replace our current AC unit.

I have a rental property that had a plumbing issue. Jordan was the person who came out and also had a camera inspection person look at the issue. They were able to restore a partial flow of the main stack but did locate an obstruction at the 90 under the basement slab. They were there for over a hour and a half and only charged the amount quoted for a drain snaking at their special pricing which was very reasonable. They then informed me of their findings and gave me a quote for the additional work which I agree will be necessary based on the video they sent me. I have not decided on any action yet but I certainly appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism of the technicians they sent to my property.

Lowes and their employees are No. 1 in my eyes. Cody and Nathan did a great job! Friendly, and very knowledgeable. The guys took their time and answered all my questions patiently and with a smile. I chose the right company. I will highly recommend Lowes again in the future!

Jeremy from Apollo electric helped me out with some safety issues in my new home. He was professional, quick, and friendly, and laid out all the information for me so I understood what was going on. Appreciated his honesty and professional opinion, will definitely be using only Apollo electricians from now on.
