I was expecting a finished product but the job that was done left work for us to sand and repaint where the fixture was removed. I understand if they only install but a heads up on additional work on our end needing to be done ahead of the work being done would’ve been appreciated. Or offering to subcontract out the remainder would’ve also been a good option.

Matt, Tore, and Michael were all very professional and amazing! Our AC went out & they were able to come out same day to diagnosis it and offer us solutions. We ended up having to replace the entire system, and they were able to come out the very next day. Great experience, 10/10 would use again!

I have used Apollo on several occasions. Every technician has been great 👍never disappointed. Appreciate the professionalism displayed. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. This was my first experience with Apollo Home. From start to finish I was impressed. My mother with dementia just got out of the hospital and we needed our doorbell fixed to know when homecare workers were arriving. Apollo came that morning, on time, and with lots of compassion for the situation. Kevyn went above and beyond to explain all of our options and include my mother. She was thrilled and kept ringing her new doorbell! He was fast, knowledgeable and professional. Apollo helped us to keep her safe at home. I will definitely use them again. Super professional electrician! Communicated ever step of the way. Replaced outside connection to power and completely replaced circuit breaker box. Apollo is good company to work with.

Troy was our plumbing service person. He arrived right on time, dressed professionally, and immediately put on shoe covers. He gave us an estimate to install 3 things, and, after giving him the go-ahead, he immediately got to work. He was courteous and affable. His work was impeccable. We were surprised by how quickly he finished. When he was ready to leave, he gathered up all the boxes and anything else that might have been left from his work, so our house was as neat as when he arrived. We wholeheartedly recommend Troy, and his company, Apollo Home.

Rob is very personable, professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. He listens and evaluates issues carefully and thoroughly & I appreciate this attention to detail. He helps me understand the details of the work/service call and makes recommendations and alerts me what I should monitor. I feel my system is running as it should and is safe. SO GRATEFUL FOR ROB!

Our technician Robert Stamper did an excellent job fixing a problem with one of our outdoor units. He was very informative and more than willing to answer any and all of my questions. The guy really knows his stuff and he prides himself in doing the best work. More stars for Robert if I could give them.

From the time that I requested an appointment online to the completion of the work the overall customer experience was awesome. The dispatcher was friendly and courteous when they called to confirm. The onsite electrician Kevyn was absolutely wonderful in helping us get our repair completed. 5 Stars!

Alex is a wonderful plumber and person! Before he arrived I was sent a text with a picture of him and a short bio. Which was informative and also made me feel safer as I was home alone. He was an incredibly great communicator, super friendly, honest and professional. He fixed our issue! But encourages us to keep an eye on our pipe and scheduled a scoping for us tomorrow so we know what’s going on under ground. Truly one of the nicest people and we hope to work with him again!
