Jerad was my tech today. He was ver thorough and communicated everything he was doing. He was professional and very kind.

Tate Phillips andNoah did the maintenance on my ac. They were courteous and got the work done in a timely manner.

We spent $16,000 on a new state-of-the-art HVAC system less than 3 years ago. Shortly after installation my electric bills tripled. We were told that they "would look into it". They are still looking. The compressor blew in September. Fortunately it was covered under warranty. Unfortunately, the labor wasn't. The quote in September was for $1,350 for 8 hours of work. When the work was done in March the bill was $2,410.01!! To spend over $18K to get a unit that triples your monthly electric bill.....not good. Run, don't walk to the competition. I could go on and on, but I'll save that for a later review.

Donald Wilburn came right out on a Saturday evening and had heat going in my house immeditely. Sweet guy and very professional. Def would use again.

The crew at Advanced were quick to respond to our call and efficiently, without a huge mess, fixed us up at a surprising low cost. We had been quoted much more and would have gladly paid it, but really appreciate the quality of the work and the great price. Thank you again!!!!

Best decision we made with our HVAC service was to go with Advance. Quick to respond, very professional and have never tried to "sell" us anything.

I am so thankful I called this company. I had asked my other HVAC company over a year ago to get quotes for our split unit. They would never call back. Advanced came out in a very timely manner and sold us on their equipment and warranty that day. They installed it within a couple of weeks. And when I had a small issue they came out the next day. I love that they send an email with a picture of the person coming to your home.
