Chris S. Came out and fixed my ac system today. Very professional, quick service, and early to show up. Very happy customer.

I'm highly dissatisfied of this establishment, I was having furnace issues and after getting off phone with a technician about noise it was he acted like it was fine to keep the unit on till they got out there. After they done consultation the tech said it would need new heat pack and wiring harness. Hearing no answer back, I finally found out they want to replace the unit for the wires. I feel like it was their fault with this convincing me to keep the unit on and acting like it was a fixable problem as well. In my opinion they're all about money and nothing about customer safety or value.

Chris came out to service the unit after a furnace install over the winter. He was punctual, polite and efficient and ensured the unit is running properly.

Called Advanced Services to come out and look at my AC unit that had frozen up. I was told that I had a leak in the system. Decided, based on the age of my system, to have the AC unit and furnace replaced. These guys were quick to schedule, very professional/polite, and worked extremely hard to get the job done. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Eric! I am so pleased with this company and Eric the technician. They came fast and fixed the problem in under an hour. They are a little pricy but it’s well worth the price when you’re paying for a professional that knows what they’re doing.
