A/C not working, he had the knowledge, expertise to spot the problem and verify. It was the capacitor that started the motor. He explained the issue to me and did a pressure check to make sure all was operating correctly. He had a nice personality and took time to converse with me. He had the replacement part in his truck. Smooth, fast, efficient fix, done in about half an hour. My complements.

2nd call back for different reason, same service as before, professional, courteous, considerate and knowledgeable.

Told me everything they were going to do before they did it, so I could decide if I wanted it done.

Customer service was amazing when scheduling our appointment several weeks ago. However, when the employee showed up on Friday they rang my broken doorbell so we never knew they were even here. I looked back on my camera footage and noticed they did show up but they didn’t even try to knock on my door. If they did, I have three dogs that would’ve barked. They also never called my phone to say they were here. I called to reschedule and apologize. I immediately took the blame because I didn’t even know my doorbell was broke until we missed them. I was told they completely understood and would be back out between 1-5 pm. I waited until 530 to call them back to see if they were still coming because no one showed.

I was put on hold. Several minutes later, the girl got back on and stated that the company showed back up to my house for a second time and again no one answered. She also said they cancelled my order. I was amazed that someone would lie like this. I was outside the entire afternoon as well as my husband, no one showed back up like they claim. The company offered to send someone else back out the following day. However, at this point I questioned this businesses integrity. Why would they lie like that? If you don’t display integrity, I am not going to trust you to do any work for me. It’s a shame! I am trying to figure out how this business is rated so high??? Integrity is everything to me…. They have lost my business forever. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience with others.

Ben was excellent in all aspect of service. He was very thorough in the initial inspection and found the problem quickly. Ben was friendly and his customer service was above and beyond.

The company got a service tech out to fix our problem quickly. We were offered at service window of 6-10PM or the next day. Ben arrived within the service window. He quickly fixed the problem, but didn't stop there, even though it was late. He did a thorough inspection of our system, and assured us that our system was working efficiently. Ben was personable, professional, and explained what he was doing and why. If we have further problems we will be calling Chillicothe H&C again.

Great people to work with, very punctual, very good at explaining what they were doing in a language I could understand. Made me and my family feel like family. From me telling him what my AC was doing he knew what the issue was before he even looked at my outside unit. If you’re looking for professional service, quality equipment, and a smiling humble service tech you’re at the right place!

Tech talked about what he found wrong and tried to reach an agreement for a new installation. Never shared maintenance info on service review notes or comments. Was planning on getting a service contract but decided against the idea totally. Would not recommend and won’t use again!

So happy to go through these guys! Everyone was so nice, the woman on the phone was very helpful and the technician did an amazing job! I know who to call if something happens again. Great service!
