Advanced Services Heating and Cooling

I am going to give Advanced services one more star because they did finally get my system repaired. I was not happy at first because of the lack of communications about my order. I was without without cooling for five days, and received no communications, except for few vague responses to my calls or emails. Jennifer called Thursday evening to let me know they received the part and made arrangements to install it Friday morning. Jarrad and Noah showed up about and hour and a half after I was told they would arrive, but got right to work and got me some cool air early this afternoon. Jarrad convinced me to sign up for the Advanced Care Membership, which I was a little reluctant to do; however, I feel Jarrad and Noah did a great job installing my heat pump coil, and Jarrad informed me that Advanced Services would perform maintenance on my system twice a year (which involves needed cleaning and filter change along with one extra filter for future use). Overall, I am more than satisfied with outcome of the service from Advanced Services today and look forward to working with them in the future if everything continues to go well.

We needed our gas pipe moved for our stove. Tate Phillips and his associate came to the house and were able to figure out what they needed to do to fix our problem. They were very professional and didn’t need any additional parts to do the work. We would recommend them any time

From the very beginning of our expansion of retail stores and other facilities in our eight counties, Advanced Services has been a prime partner in providing HVAC equipment and services. The professionalism and responsiveness of the staff exceed our expectations every time.

My family and I were extremely grateful for Dan the technician when he came to our house right after Christmas (our furnace went out on Christmas Eve night) and discovered we had 2 birds somehow wreaking havoc and broke the motor. Dan had the furnace up and running in no time with new parts ordered and properly replaced quickly thereafter. He was courteous of our budget, respectful of our time and our home, and kept us informed on the process.

Service was prompt. Technician was friendly and communicative. He described more of what he was doing compared to others in the past. He was careful not to leave dirt in the home. He answered my two questions and was happy to reset the time in the thermostat.

We just purchased a new home that heats with fuel oil. We had a gas smell coming through the vents every time the furnace kicked on. I called and they were able to send someone out to repair and fix the problem the SAME DAY!!! We had no idea even where to start in regards to maintenance for this dinosaur! Daniel Keeton came out and was very professional and friendly. He explained to us about a fuel oil furnace and what all maintenance needs to be preformed annually. To say we were extremely pleased with the service he provided is an understatement! At the end, he explained about their yearly maintenance program that they offer and we enrolled. I have a feeling it will come in handy in the future and we don't have to worry about completing maintenance on our old dinosaur of a furnace.. We highly recommend!!

Great service! The tech was professional, kind and helpful. I was able to get service and repair quickly! AC back up and running! Jared was my tech!

I was not pleased. The repairman did not assess the problem correctly, never went outside, He does not seem to have the proper tools or experience. We had another repairman in here today and he added coolant to the outside unit, said it was a failed coil and ordered it. We replaced the breaker as suggested but this did not take care of the problem.

Same day service repair. Service Technician, Jerad Wyant was professional, fast, friendly and very informative. Hats off to Advanced Services. Doing business the way business SHOULD be done!
