They were very busy so they didn’t get to me within the time frame I was given, 12-4pm. However, I received a call from them at 3:45pm, informing me that I was next on the list and that they hadn’t forgotten about me. I greatly appreciate being reached out to and informed before I could wonder where they were at. Thank you!

We had a major heating and cooling system replacement. Advanced removed the very old hot water boiler system with the old fashioned cast iron radiators. They installed 2 complete natural gas furnaces and AC units. One in the basement for the first floor and one in the attic serving the 2nd floor. The scope and size of the job was to take 3 to 4 weeks.
The challenges of retrofitting an old house were many and the installation crew over came every one with the best quality solution.
We could not be happier with the whole experience from the original quoting process to the final start up. The crew was amazing, friendly, fun, respectful and very talented. They showed up on time every day and put in a full days work. Their attention to the details is rarely found these days. The job was completed in 3 weeks.
I am familiar with mechanical work and the work the Advanced Services Team did was on point and fantastic. Especially, the basement unit and duct work to maintain head room throughout the basement with precision and artistry.
I recommend Advanced Services Heating and Cooling for any size HVAC job and all your HVAC needs and service.

I called because our heating and air went out. Cannon came and gave us an estimate, Cannon was friendly and professional. It took a month for our unit to come in but once it arrived on Friday, they was here installing 1st thing Monday morning. The install guys did a great job, it was a very hot day and they kept going until it was finished. Great job to all even the office girl called to keep us updated while our unit was in transport. Thank you Advanced heating and air, your the best!!

Very responsive, however, I believe their service philosophy is pushing sales of new units. Service techs must be on an incentive program for recommending new unit sales.

AC not working so I called and tech showed up the following day. Came in and found I needed a filter change. Then went outside did some checks, came back in and said my pressure was low, possible coil leak, old unit, R-22 was $100/lb and unit held maybe 7 lbs but didn’t know how much I would need, estimated service needed was over $1k, might not fix problem and recommended new unit. Called sales guy who showed up same day with quote. Like any smart consumer, I got 2nd opinion. Other company came the next day, did same checks. Found the first service tech pulled my A/C disconnect so it wasn’t working at all. Checked pressures, all were almost perfect. Put less than 1lb of refrigerant in at $28/lb. Little over $100 and house was back to normal temp in a few hours (from 80 to 71). Main issue was very dirty filter.
Looking at another review this same process has happened. Similar story with two other friends after telling them about my experience.

Main point for posting this....If they recommend you that you need a new unit, BE SURE to get 2nd opinion.
