They offered a "free" Generac pressure washer with the installation of a backup generator. I also installed an AC system. Their installation was near impeccable minus the lack of a concrete pad between the gravel (that I personally layed before they arrived) and poly pads. Without using all 3, you will get that telltale sinking corner(s). All that's acceptable to me though. What would stop me from ever paying them any of my money is that I tried getting some direction for getting the generator to run so I could use the AC. Called twice when they didn't call back after leaving a message. I figured out it's because my warranty wore out. So they can't spend 3 minutes at most walking a guy through startup cycle? Seems kinda cheap to me.

Called for maintenance check. Very informative, friendly. Changed furnace filter. Put vinegar in drain pipe to keep pipe clean. Very happy with service.

Okay so I called these guys out to to look at a Cambridge heater that is about 15ft high in our bays wall. I wanted to get a quote for how much it would be to fix it because winter is here and its cold for our employees they quoted me 2500$ to fix just the one heater so I called Franklin Heating Cooling & Refrigeration Inc. and they fixed both of my heaters for 510$ idk where they got the number from but I will not be giving my business to these guys any more
