Great job. Tech was very nice, informative, on time.

They replaced my transformer on air conditioning and flipped switch on transformer . I had 2 cancellations on getting them here to check furnace. I had to call another company and they told me my transformer switch had been flipped on my furnace. Therefore, no heat!!! Very disappointed in losing the trust in this company.

We had our entire HVAC system replaced that was over 20 years old. The entire process was simple and there was no sales pitch. I’ve used this company for years and they are simply the best!!

Chris and gary did a great job with our install. They were polite and reflect well for accurate. They should be commended for their hard work and professionalism which is rare for younger employees in today's society.

Our maintenance representative was professional and courteous. He performed the required maintenance on our air conditioner and changed our filter for us. Very nice to talk to.

Accurate installed my new hearing & air system. They arrived early, kept the area clean, were respectful, checked the entire duct system (that wasn't on the contact) and efficient in their work. Within 4 hours, my system was complete. The price beat several competitors too. I am so glad we went with them. I definitely recommend Accurate.

The repairs are okay. Got the job done. But insisted on selling me a service plan I did not need or want. If you don't like high pressure sales from your repair person avoid them.

AC went out (of course it was over the weekend AND Memorial Day), they had to order a part. They came out promptly when the part came in. AC works perfectly now!

I would stay away from this company. I was billed $137 for a tech to be at my house for a little under 8 minutes. I didn't even see him take out any equipment to test my system. Don't know how he could've in that amount of time. He looked at the inside unit, then went and looked at the outside unit. At that point he told me that I had a leak in my outside condenser and left. He didn't ask if I would like it fixed or anything. Just left. He clearly didn't have time for me or my job, which I can see why if he is getting $140 for every 10 minute or less job he does. If that were the case in my business I would hurry up and do all the 10 minute jobs I could. Doesn't seem like a very trustworthy company at all.
