Was able to get an appointment when I needed it. Scheduler was very polite and professional. Lorne was the service professional that came to my house. He called me to let me know when he would arrive. He was also very polite and professional. He found the problem quickly and was able to make repairs right away so that I could get to work. I very much appreciate the work and helpfulness of Lorne. I will absolutely call Accurate in the future.

We get our system serviced twice a year. As with any other time a tech has come to our home, they informed us in advance, and showed up in the correct time frame. Our tech was also efficient, friendly, helpful and answers any questions happily. He then went over his findings with us and didn't try to sell us any other services. That is refreshing! He was also very respectful of our home and property. Great experience as always. Thank you!

I highly recommend Accurate Mechanical. We called them out to repair one of our units at Thompson Concrete and they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed promptly on a very cold winter day! Their commercial techs Steve and Josh were wonderful! We will be keeping our service agreements with them and use them for our future new installs on our new buildings!

Chris Morris and Charlie Gunter did a great and very quick job installing our new furnace, A/C, and thermostat, as well as answering our questions and showing us how the new systems work. Heather White in the office was very friendly and helpful to us in getting our appointment and payment processed. Also much thanks to Andy Lore, the technician who showed us the problems with our old furnace and explained the benefits and options in replacing it and our old A/C at the same time. Thanks so much!

Mike sent his team to our house recently to install our new Bryant system Heat Pump. We never have a problem with their guys, and they did a great job, and clean-up. This thing blows cold air! Thanks Mike for very professional staff. - Sindels.

I needed to replace my AC for the summer of 2023.
I did my research on HVAC compnies and HVAC manufacturers (products) in addition to interviewing a total of 10 companies to have finally selected Acurate, which was the last company on my list. I am glad I did the extra work.
Drew was knowledgable and answered all my questions in the layman's terms and not HAVAC lingos. He made me feel comfortable to move ahead with my purchase.
The intallation took about 3 hours. Greg and Austin did a fantastic job. They tested to make sure all was working and cleaned up after they were done in addition to asnwering all of my questions. Since it is still chilly out , I have not been using it yet but can't wait to test its performance when the time comes. Thank you, Acurate!

We have been customers of Accurate for a number of years. They always send quality & professional people to work on our heating system. We had a very difficult problem that required intense troubleshooting. They worked through the problem & were able to get the system back running again. We appreciate the attention to detail & their dedication.

We have Accurate come out every year in the fall for our furnace check and also in the spring for our AC checkup. They are always professional, helpful and provide great value. We had an issue with our heater due to the freezing rain and they came right out and knew what was wrong and we had heat working immediately. The gentleman explained what had happened and how we can make sure it doesn’t happen again.

I can not recommend Accurate Heating and Cooling due to their poor communication. I initially chose Accurate to replace our heat pump and air handler with a Bryant Evolution system, their top of the line model. The sales manager was wonderful and answered all of my questions. We had been without a/c for close to a week at this point due to me wanting to get several quotes.

The sales manager closed the deal and passed my information onto the “installation manager” who sat on my $16,000 order for 8 business hours. I decided if it takes that long to communicate a simple install time then I do not want to be tied by my warranty to this company for several years.

I would have been very understanding had the installation manager just called and even said it would be another week before they could come out because they’re busy. That would have been fine. But, no one reached out and I moved onto another company that had the sales guy get the installation scheduled on the spot.

Seems like they have too many middle managers that work has to be coordinated between when the sales manager should be more than capable of blocking a time in their scheduling software. I talked with others and was also told that inter-office communication was the biggest problem when dealing with Accurate. I can attest to that observation. 2 stars just because the sales manager was good to work with.

Accurate kept their word. I will recommend them to everyone. If I need service of any kind, they are prompt and thorough. Great people, honest and dependable. Thank you Accurate!
