The tune up was to cost 74.00. Agreed first time client. Wavered maintenance club charge 29.00 coupon.
Maintence man Kevin was at our home 2.5 hours,
Seeming to be in no hurry to get done.
We had no issues with furnace but capacitors (correction) could be replaced. The parts cost 25.00 for both - Installed in 10 min. after being here 2 hours. Besides parts and maintenance tune up, charged 100.00 per part for labor.
our bill 325.00.
The parts were easy to install, and I thought this was unfair. All the testing included in tune up. Why was labor so high? It's not a 100.00 job to install a capacitor. I read reply...

I can not explain how impressed I am with Shawn and his crew. From the initial contact with their office to the finished result. Shawn was amazing. Checked everything he could to rule it out but eventually replaced the thermostat. Answered all of many questions and even spent extra time to check all of my electrical connections. He also corrected a light switch that was improperly installed. Above and beyond. Thanks Shawn!

We have worked with them for about 4 years now. Had an AC installed. We chose them because prev homeowners had their furnace installed through them. Have always had quality work from them. They helped us with an issue today (ductwork was in the way of a gas line). Extremely grateful that they were able to squeeze us in. They even identified another potentially harmful issue and resolved that too. Thank you.

I am so pleased with how professional and knowledgeable Shawn and his staff are. We called in with major issues and they immediately that day penciled us in and came out to look at it. He worked around our busy work schedule and was able to get everything done in a timely manner and went above and beyond what was expected. After the job was finished he did a walk through and thoroughly explained everything to us. Never made us feel rushed.

On another note he also caught a gas leak, and saved us from potential carbon monoxide poisoning. I will recommend them over and over again.

Excellent response time, and technical knowledge. Extremely thorough. Tested and checked all components. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Overall excellent! Especially considering 24 hour service!!!

Shawn and his men have been out to my house several times. They were there for me when my hot water tank leaked all over the basement and I didn't know where the shut off valve was. He rushed out to shut the water off and within an hour someone was there to replace it! They were very friendly and knowledgeable I also had them come to fix my ac on a very hot day! Again, they were extremely polite and knowledgeable!
I cannot thank them enough for their help and expertise. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to family and friends! .

Called Advance and tech came to house and was very helpful. He was timely as well. Which is amazing. they give you a window of 2 hours and without fail he was there within that time.
