Advance Heating and Cooling

(0 stars !) I am More than disgusted with this company ! I was told that the reason the AC unit was not operating properly was because dirt had built up over the years and that all it needed was to be cleaned. A service technician came here and piddled around for around an hour and a half and was charged $750. After he left, our AC was working worse than before he came. A few days later we had our landlord come and look it over. He changed the thermostat and it has been working perfectly every since. I can not understand why a skilled technician did not figure out that the thermostat needed to be changed, And, why it cost $750 for an hour and a half's work. Not only were we ripped off by having non-skilled so-called technicians come to our home; after they left I found that he had knocked the bottom out of a 65 gallon drum setting by the AC unit.
If you want to pay an Outrageous price to hear lies and have property damaged, then this is the company to call.
