Advance Heating and Cooling

Our hot water tank wasn't heating & had started leaking.
I called & they came out quickly. They were professional, gave us great service for a great price. I would definitely use them again & highly recommend!

Usually deal with Shawn, who is great and yesterday I had Brody. He was great as well!
Took the time to explain everything to me and took Care of getting my AC fan running again, by replacing blower motor. My only complaint is that I wished I would have had a Bryant unit installed instead of the Airease 7.5 years ago, AH&C. I’ve had a leak in AC which cost me over $800 and blower motor out yesterday. In 20 years with my Bryant unit I had no issues. Just got too old. Other than that I will continue to be a customer of Advance Heating and Cooling and recommend to my friends and family for service or install.

Shawn and his team at Advance Heating & Cooling are our go-to for anything HVAC related. They did a new install for us a few years ago and maintain our system annually. They are quick to respond and all of their technicians are professional and responsive. As a Realtor in the area, I've recommended them to several satisfied clients.

Brody was assigned to our work order. He was friendly and very professional. Recorded images as needed of our system for a future estimate, and provided a timely repair on the items that were needed during his visit.

Absolutely do not use this business as long as they are installing Daikin products. They installed a furnace and air conditioner in our house 3 years ago that have not worked properly since. Every time they need to come out they charge for the same repairs over and over again. They are extremely rude on the phone and argumentative when calling and explaining your problem. I highly highly highly recommend finding another provider for all your heating and cooling needs!!!! This company is a joke!!!! Please be aware before you are scammed as well!!!

One of just a couple groups that actually answered their phones on December 23rd. Came in, provided an honest assessment of my water heater issue. Pricing was fair on the replacement and the crew was fast, courteous, and did a great job, and cleaned up when finished. Will use again in the future.

The technicians and office staff are always really pleasant and professional. I would recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Good local service at reasonable prices considering today's economy. Quick to the job for both maintenance and repairs. Have had service and repairs on both heating and AC with completion in a timely manner.

I should’ve known to stay away from this company after seeing the combative responses to negative reviews.
Our heat suddenly went out so I called this company as the sticker was already on the furnace of the home we moved in.
$89 just to come out and look a few minutes of looking the tech immediately starts to tell me I need a new furnace, not only that but my family was in danger of dying due to carbon monoxide if I didn’t replace the unit. (Read yelp reviews I’m not the first person this sales tactic was used on by them.)
Went on to tell me how he’s saved several families personally from carbon monoxide by carrying them out of their home which seemed extremely far fetched but could be true I don’t know.
He then said it looked like the ignitor went out which he could replace for an additional $390 as long as I turned the gas back on.
I knew I was being gouged but I was in a hurry to get back to work and needed heat. I also feared he would damage the unit somehow if I declined service so I agreed.
It took him under 3 minutes to replace the $390 part so I guess the service is speedy.
He did agree to wave the service fee after I inquired about what seemed to be an overpriced part/service which was nice of him.
I would not recommend this company as they seem like they’re just out to get over on anyone without as much HVAC knowledge as them as oppposed to good honest service and integrity.
They did arrive on time and replaced the part extremely fast so I gave an extra star.

I would highly recommend Advance Heating and Cooling. I had a ductless split system installed and so happy that I chose this system. It is so quiet and efficient. Shawn and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional about the ductless system. Debbie in the office kept me up to date on everything. Answered all my questions I had. I am so happy that I chose this company. Thank you! You guys are AWESOME!
