We have used Kessler Heating and Cooling for over 20 years performing twice a year service inspections on our hvac system. As a result our system lasted for 24 years before Kessler replaced our furnace and air conditioner in 2022. Their service is exceptional and their prices competitive. We have recommended Kessler to friends who also are highly pleased with their seevice.
Kessler installed our AC&furnace in 2017. Though we had a few issues with faulty valves leaking, they were quick to come out and fix them and made it right. All of their employees we have had contact with have been absolutely wonderful and very professional. If you have an issue or concern they are open to conversations and their leadership is responsive and accessible. They do stand behind their work and their employees which is wonderful to see in a business and makes us confident it using their services going forward!
After waking up to a cold home, this morning, I checked and changed the filter, on the furnance and checked the fuse box, per Lori, at Kessler Heating and Cooling. When nothing helped, Kessler sent Andrew, one of their technicians. He arrived on time, was courteous and very knowledgable. Andrew answered all my questions and fixed the problem. I appreciate Kessler's professionalism, and I will not hesitate to call them again, for any heating or cooling problems.
Could not be happier with my experience. I called them for a second opinion on an AC unit. So happy I did. The first company which was able to come out to my home super quick on the same day barely looked at our unit and said the entire AC needed to be replaced. They then gave me a pretty hefty estimate to replace. When Kessler came out they said I just needed a new capacitor which in comparison was an inexpensive part. The tech took the time to actually diagnose the issue and explained to me what was going on. And he wore his booties in my house! Lesson learned, wait on the professionals. They may not have the large crews some of these highly marketed heating and cooling companies have to come out right when you call, but they have better trained and highly skilled professionals on staff. After all, good team members are hard to find. Would highly recommend. They will be the first and only call I make in the future for any of our heating and cooling needs. Thank you Kessler and the "Young Guy" that came out and resolved the issue!

Recently had a new furnace installed with some new duct work and a new thermostat.
Very quick and Efficient on all things . From the first consult with the salesman on what was needed and the installation of all the new components.
Plus a added bonus they emailed and said there was a coupon for a additional deduction on the total cost .
Would definitely recommend this company for heating and cooling issues.
I called Kessler for a $95 routine AC tune up that I was told would include a compressor coil cleaning. The technician John S seemed to be in a rush and after a quick check of my system said that my system isn't working and that I needed to replace the hard start capacitor for $200 and refused to proceed with the checkout if I didn't agree to pay him to replace the $200+ part. I declined as my AC is cooling perfectly and he charged me $79 for a diagnostic fee. He refused to do the coil cleaning that my system needs and was supposed to be part of the AC tune up I called Kessler for. I had to get the coil cleaning done by another HVAC company who also checked and confirmed that my hard start capacitor is indeed working just fine.
Update: After contacting Kessler with my concern, the Kessler service manager came by, tested my system and confirmed that indeed my hard start capacitor and system are working perfectly and I was misdiagnosed and refunded me the $79 diagnostic fee that Kessler had originally charged me. Though I am unhappy with the misdiagnosis. I am happy with how Kessler followed up on the issue.
Just an fyi, I am sure most of the technicians at Kessler are excellent. But if you call them for a tune up and end up with someone that seems to be rushing through the inspection, make sure to remind them that it's poor practice to check the capacitor without cleaning the coils first. They should do the coil cleaning before diagnosing issues with the system.

A friend suggested we call Kessler and we have been with them ever since. We have a service contract so problems with our AC or furnace are rare, however, if there is a problem they respond quickly. After assessing the problem their repair costs are very reasonable as they replace only the parts they have to. We have been very pleased with the quality of service and the personalized attention from Kessler Heating and Cooling.

They were not only able to come out the same day, but were here exactly at the time they said they would be! The technician was knowledgeable and very friendly. He even replaced my furnace filter. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Have had a yearly maintenance contract with Kessler for a decade or more. Their technicians are always professional, courteous, and get the job done right the first time. Theo checked out my AC, he completed quickly, wearing a mask due to the pandemic. Count me as a loyal customer.
We have been Kessler customers ever since they designed and installed the central HVAC system for our earth-sheltered house in 2004. This morning (a Friday) we woke up to a hotter-than-normal house and discovered the A/C wasn't working - and we had house guests coming in the next day. Kessler techs showed up promptly in response to our panicked call, diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part, and we were back in business by early afternoon. The bill wasn't pretty, but we certainly got our money's worth. We'll be with Kessler for the foreseeable future.
