    Jason was amazing! I was so overwhelmed and when he got here, he had a solid plan and communicated clearly, his manners and kind disposition really helped me feel like I could trust who he was as a technician and person . National is a 10 out of 10 !

    We called National Heating & Air after a friend's HVAC company suggested an expensive fix to our A/C problems. From the scheduling to the service visit, everyone we dealt with was very professional and they provided very prompt service. After 15 minutes, a simple problem was found and fixed for only the cost of the service visit. Had we not called National, we might have spent a lot of money on a repair that was never needed. We signed up for a service contract on the spot because we trust them.

    I have been using National for past 15 years, never had a problem. In that time they installed an AC unit and a Furnace. Fair pricing of both, excellent workmanship, and the Spring and Fall maintenance is done quickly, professionally, at a good price. I highly recommend National.

    National charged for an extensive diagnostic service call $234.00. The entire time the tech was on the phone w another tech walking him through all the while both talking about personal issues. The National tech left adding he had to order parts and would send a quote.

    National sent a quote of $1422.00 to repair the furnace and had advised us not to utilize the furnace leaving us without heat what would have been three weeks until the parts arrive.

    My brother called his HVAC company which is family owned. The other company came out right away. We told them nothing re National. He pulled open the furnace and knew immediately what the problem was and advised the part that went bad was not put on correctly which is why we had failure. The only company who has worked on the furnace prior is National. The tech left to get the part repaired it and we were up and running the same day for $179.00. I assume National has no idea what they were doing or even worse as everyone suspects charging for repairs that were not necessary. $179.00 vs $1422.00 you be the Judge.....

    Also the National quote for $1422.00 was a blanket listed no costs for parts or labor.

    Beware of corporate owned companies no matter what the situation. Corporate owned is ONLY worried about the bottom line and no consideration for very well trained employee’s. Corporate America doesn’t care about the quality of work. Family owned businesses are always best!

    Keith and Jason installed a new HVAC system, including a new humidifier/dehumidifier and thermostat at our residence yesterday. Could not be more pleased. First of all, they were able to schedule us for the new system within a week. Their price was very competitive, and Bryant, of course, has an excellent reputation. After two days, we are quite pleased with the performance, especially the cooler temperatures and the lower humidity. But probably one of the best aspects was the congeniality, professionalism, and experience of the installers. Combined, they had 48 years of HVAC work, and 30 years of service with National. That speaks well of how National treats their employees and the value the Company places on experience and jobs being performed well. Thanks again Scott, for making this purchase so pleasant.

    We have been using National Heating and Air Conditioning since they installed a new air conditioner at our home in 2008. They were prompt, fast and professional and unlike our roofer, they cleaned up after finishing the install.

    We have been on their maintenance program for ten years and our 25 year old furnace is nearly at the same efficiency as the day it was installed. Some years we save more than the maintenance fee and others we don't, but every year we are confident our furnace and air are in top shape and if something does go wrong, National will be at our door quickly.

    Adam was prompt and professional. He was really courteous , wearing his mask inside as we are high risk seniors. Serviced the AC in the rain, checked out the system and made sure the basement door was shut. Everything was good to go for summer. He noted we'd like a reminder for the fall. Thank you!

    Great service. Turned out it was only a bad fuse on my new unit, they instilled a few months ago. Very friendly guy and took the time to show me what he was doing, when checking out my system.

    The National Heating and Cooling Company did a fantastic job recommending and installation of an entire new HVAC system in our home . There excellent knowledgeable team of experts recommended an energy efficient system that totally updates our mid century home in Mt Lookout.
