Same Day Service was great. I used them to fix my electric pool heater. They came out quickly and ON TIME, which is rare I feel! I had to have parts ordered and they did it so quickly and kept me in the loop often with the status of them. Right when they received the part they called to set up an appointment and came out within the hour. SO GREAT!! Such great service, communication, and professionalism. Kyle did a great job on my pool heater and got it up and running very quickly so I could get back to work quickly.

I called at 8am on a Saturday about a bad smell coming from the furnace. By 11:05a.m. Kyle and partner had identified the source of the odor (dead chipmunk in the unit). By 11:30a.m. they had sanitized, deoderized, and done regular maintenance on the unit. They were polite, helpful, and cheerful. I will absolutely use them for future maintenance and service needs.

I'd give 6 stars if possible! Kyle responded to my Sunday morning call within 2 hours, repaired my AC quickly and for a reasonable price, and was professional and efficient. He also provided what I felt was a very reasonable quote for replacement of my AC and furnace, and was honest in advising it was not an immediate or urgent need.. I will absolutely call them again!

Called them, they came right out. They were fair with the price.

Same Day Service removed my worn-out, 30 year old heat pump and installed a complete new system. It was a big job compared to most, but they finished it the same day. The installation crew was very courteous and cleaned-up after themselves. The system is working nicely, and I like having A/C again through these heat waves. I would recommend them and will use them in the future if need be.

They were the only place to come out the same day. Excellent response time, Kyle was very professional and answered our questions about the ac unit he repaired. Great public demeanor. Makes me want to call them when I have any hvac troubles. Great job Kyle!

I have had a service maintenance contract with Same Day Service for many years. I seldom have to contact them between service visits, but if I do, I can always depend on them to send someone out to repair the HVAC in a timely manner and work with my schedule.

Beware!! I can't believe this company is still in business. I used them for an installation. The owner is very agressive and tries to be intimidating if things don't go his way. I had to call the police to report him. I ended up finding Jackson Heating and have used them ever since. I reported him to the BBB bureau. Spend your money elsewhere...
