Bud has done both AC work and fixed our furnace for us. I called him at 7am saying our furnace was out and he was at our house by 8am and had it fixed very quickly. He is priced reasonably and very reliable. I Highly recommend him!

Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all questions I had about my HVAC system

So the technician comes to my house to clean and tune the furnace. He immediately hits me with the "you have cracks in your air intake, big gaps..." and tells me he can't tune my furnace. My family is in immediate danger. Then tells me how they have furnace installs on sale. He was in my house for 90 seconds. 90 seconds and I need a new furnace. I was then charged $70 for the "service." Look, I teach, I don't install furnaces and I understand that the nature of the business relies on a company's ability to scare me into paying for expensive equipment because I don't know anything about furnaces. I get it. The man was in my house for 90 seconds. I won't be using Bud's Heating and Cooling in the future. I hope the $70 was worth it.

Bud's Heating and cooling installed my my air conditioner 3 years ago. We had them out again to install our garage heater last month. A+. Workers were efficient and knowledgeable. Would use them again.

They came out were very professional from the gentlemen who put in my furnace to the lady who works in the office. I set up a service for my furnace they came out Tuesday the gentleman was kind and explained I needed a new due to the age of mine and the office lady helped get financed and they came out the next day and installed my new one !!

The service was very bad. Bud the owner looked at my furnace. Bud was completely wrong about what was needed to be fixed on my furnace. He ordered a part that was not even needed and told me to wait 10 days with no heat.

After I paid the bill with Buds heating and cooling. I had to contact a different heating and cooling company and they fixed my furnace in 20 minutes.

I would stay far away from Buds heating and Cooling. Bud has no idea what he is doing. Bud also has a bad temper, and will try to push you in to buying a new furnace when you don't even need one.

I just replaced my hvac system in my home. Tim and Jim were on time as quoted to me by Bud. This dynamic duo (Tim and Jim) were friendly, polite respectful and quite professional in installing my new appliances and flue vent. They protected my basement worksite, cleaned up thoroughly, carefully removed and hauled away old equipment and sincerely answered my questions that arised during the installation process. I love to support local business as much as possible. That's why I chose Bud's Heating and Cooling along with Bud coming to my home, assessing the equipment required, and providing me with options on the hvac equipment of my choice that is compatible in my castle! Highly recommend them to folks in need of hvac service. Thank you.

Got cussed at by Rick who does estimates just because I asked for a receipt for my install of AC and furnace

The guys that were here did an ok job
They were friendly

I would not suggest having Rick do your estimate.
He has a temper and can snap at any time if you don't say the right thing to him

Buds did a heating job for my elderly mom she was happy so I am 😊. Hoping to hire them to install central air in my home asap.
