He explained the issue, provided me with clear options and completed the repair in a timely and effective way. As a professional, who makes referrals for Contractors I will always put the K Company and Patrick at the top of my list!!

Our serviceman, Patrick, provided excellent communication to us. He arrived on time, was very polite and courteous, and demonstrated full knowledge and understanding of A/C unit repairs and maintenance. He gave us thoughtful and reliable advise about our older home A/C unit, and was able to get it back into service in very little time. It is now working perfectly, and we highly recommend The K-Company to anyone whose cooling system needs service.

The representative, Patrick, was courteous, considerate of our home, and very knowledgeable. He worked carefully to get the job done correctly the first time. The office staff was also very polite and helpful. When I had to make a last minute schedule change, it was “no problem”, and they were able to accommodate my needs.

Our air conditioning went out three days before our son’s wedding. We called and within an hour Patrick was out and he had us up and running by midday. He was knowledgeable and very professional!! Thank you so much.
