Our furnace went out this morning. Called Echols, they said they’d be out between 2-4:00. At noon they called and said the technician was in his way. Jared fixed our furnace, was friendly and professional. Thankful they responded so quickly on such a cold day.

If that cool Cleveland air starts making your way inside when your heat is on, but you are only handy enough to do minor work and troubleshooting, I would strongly recommend calling Echols Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. I had another service company out for diagnosis (was 30% more for a service call) and was strongly urged to replace my furnace while being up sold product. The technician from Echols, Cody, came in and confirmed we had a bad secondary heat exchange, confirmed it was under warranty with carrier, and then gave me a run down of my options in a very polite and casual manner. After getting a fair and reasonable quote, compared to competitors, we decided to have our furnace fixed rather than replaced. I even signed up for a maintenance contract and have no concerns or doubts after the service. Will be calling them again for all of my HVAC needs.

Needed A/C repair - called on a Monday morning during this heat wave. Had an appointment in early afternoon. Cody was friendly and professional. He explained everything to me. The cost was very reasonable. This is a well run company I have dealt with on numerous occasions. No need to go anywhere else.

Tom M. was great! He explained the problem with the system and he showed me what repairs needed to be made and he quoted me a very fair price. When the work was completed there was no increases to the original estimate to bump up costs like other companies do. The work was done quickly and my system is cooling beautifully.
