Great company, friendly office staff. And reasonable pricing

Never dealt with them but they need to let their drivers know they need to drive SAFELY. I had a driver on my tail while I was doing the speed limit down Route 585 today and it was wet and rainy. Then the driver passed me going uphill over a solid yellow line.

I am not looking to get anyone fired. Just let them know they could cause a nasty accident with that behavior.

I've been very pleased with Echols service to my office and home locations. Techs have been very respectful and communicate well. When I've had an emergency they respond better than expectations. Very good at communicating appointment times. Great job!

David was great. I had water leaking from the furnace. David made me feel at ease from first contact. Repair was done, quick and easy, and my cost were very reasonable. I will be using Echols for future services.

DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES. I was scammed out of 5000 dollars out of this company only for my air conditioning not to be fixed after months. Their service is low quality, and it has been hot in my house for over days, and even with their frequent visits, they don’t even try to fix my a/c. TOTAL SCAM.

We have used this company for many years. Its staff is outstanding, very professional and well trained. They fix any problem and do not try to sell additional services. I do not usually make vendor evaluations but do so for Echols and highly recommend it.

They were very responsive. A text was sent each time with the picture of the driver and when he would arrive. They were very professional, did the job they said they would do, were of good value, and cared about the job they did. The whole company comes across with pride for the quality they provide. I would definitely refer them.

We have used Echols several times. They have always been great and even on weekends and holidays have been there for us because as you know , nothing breaks during the week! We have a special needs child and they have went out of their way to respond quickly. Thank you!!
