The gentlemen were extremely professional and resolved the issue for us as quickly as they could. Definitely a respectful company. Highly recommend this company.

I would rate them as just "ok". Used a special advertised in marketplace for a seasonal tuneup. Tech was courteous enough. Was not here long, and left a nice dustpile behind on my basement floor. I thought that was so unprofessional. I'm not sure what he really did, beyond leaving the pile. A very crude ticket reading was affixed to my duct work with silver duct tape. Thought that was pretty lame, too.

We have had furnaces and A/C Units installed in 2 houses and a furnace and A/C Unit installed for a business. I would highly recommend Bud’s Heating & Cooling. They are courteous, professional and customer service is A+ Excellent. These are good folks! Gage was the technician and did a great job.

Greg and Tim were fantastic! They installed our new furnace quickly and were very personable. I even got them to take a bunch of Halloween candy with them when they left! We’ve never had a bad experience with Bud’s Heating & Cooling, I would definitely recommend them.

Melanie the receptionist was so helpful and friendly..She sent Jakob out just a few hours after I called. Unfortunately, I do have to have a whole new Unit installed, but they were able to get me scheduled on Monday which was the next business day. Hopefully my experience with the installers will be just as good. I will let you know!!
Ok Part 2 the installation day, Everything went great!! The installer James and his side kick were great, very respectful, clean cut and answered all my questions without skipping a beat. I am a happy customer and will be recommending!

Gage fixed our water heater very quickly and explained how he did it. We highly recommend Bud’s Heating & Cooling.

I called to get quote for new furnace and a/c. They were very professional. We received a text message to confirm our appointment. They called 20 mins prior to our appointment to let us know they were in route. We met with Rick for the quote. Within 10 mins, while standing in front of me, he emailed me a quote. I was impressed, the quote included a furnace/air conditioner combo discount. The install was done by Timothy. He was very nice and answered all of my questions while continuing to work. Great job! I will definitely refer these guys to my friends and family.

Best heating and cooling came right out to see what was wrong same day I called furnace was out set up a day within 3 days had new furnace and ac put it I have giving them 2 references and they call and had them do there work all so

The tech was on time , very knowledgeable , put up with my husband watching him also included him with knowledge. Just a great all around experience. Will use them again for the a/c maintenance.

He is an excellent technician. He takes the time to explain what the problem is and how he will repair it. He also let's you know the cost. Really enjoy having someone that is so personable. Thanks again for the excellent work.
