Our furnace quit working and had a crack in it and it since they replaced it it's worked very nice I can tell that the system is brand new versus the who knows how old one was in there. My landlords are long time clients of theirs. Insane difference from the new system versus the old one lol.

Bud made room for me in a busy schedule and sent out Mike to assess the problem with my failed whole house A/C unit. Found the problem, showed me, explained my options and made recommendations. I had done my homework and what I was told was exactly what I’d expected. New, 96% efficient Trane unit next week. I’ve purchased air and furnace units from Bud’s before. Wouldn’t go with anyone else. Great folks, informative technicians and knowledgeable installers provide trust and gives me the security that I made the right call on an expensive investment.

Amazing service and care. Replaced the air conditioner in my 97 year old father's house. They could not of been nicer or more helpful. The installer patiently explained everything and answered all of Daddy's questions. Can't thank Bud and his employees enough

Bud’s heating and cooling was cognizant of my schedule even though I was calling in for a repair and was frustrated with one of their competitors. They were able to offer me a four hour window and sent a text when they were on their way. The person on the phone was top notch, professional, but friendly. My technician, Bob, found and fixed the issue right away, but took the time to give the system a visual check and to install a replacement filter that we had sitting near the furnace. Charges were reasonable. I have scheduled a maintenance cleaning which I’ve been meaning to do anyway. Even with the purchase of a spare filter, my bill was only about $50 more than what the competitor was going to charge me just to show up. So, to be clinche, I vote them fast, honest, and fair!

My name is Archie Bradford and I'm speaking on behalf of Mary and George Aleksin. Today we had Tim and Greg from Bud's Heating & Cooling come out and replaced a old heating and cooling system. They were very professional and knowledgeable answered all our questions. Removed the old units installed new units and cleaned up afterwards. We would also like to thank Bud and the ladies in the office for all there help getting this accomplished today and for the quick-service thank you again

Tech was on time, thorough, friendly and professional in his approach. Talked to us in terms that we could understand without rushing through the conversation. Have a very old system and he explained what he was seeing and noticed with our HVAC. Have used Bud's solely for a few years now, never been disappointed.

Tim and Greg were amazing! They were sure to show me everything and took their time to make sure everything worked. They were professional and represented the Buds name really well.
