They were able to get me on the schedule very quick, which was critical given the AC was the problem and we were anticipating some hot days.

The technician who came was professional and was able to solve the problem without costing me an arm and a leg. He seemed very knowledgeable and was willing to chat pros-and-cons about what it might take to make a few types of changes to the outdated HVAC system.

I will use and recommend this company again and again!

I can't recommend Aire Serv of Fargo enough. Let me start out by saying that I was rudely awoken by a loud screeching sound at 3:30am, followed by my furnace extinguishing minutes later. I originally tried contacting an advertised "24/7" company named The Heating Guys. Emailed at 3:35am to give a heads up on the problem, then waited to call at 6:30am. I was left to voice-mail and haven't received a call back 7hrs later now; with below zero temperatures on the way. Any how, I'm glad that I didn't wait around for "the other guys" and I contacted Aire Serv. The dispatcher was friendly, took all the details, and put a rush on my situation due to inclement weather. She kept me informed on a follow up call to let me know when the technician would be arriving. Shane, my HVAC tech, was pleasant and down to Earth. A professional and knowledgeable guy. He diagnosed what I suspected and gave me an instant quote on the replacement repair parts. They even had the blower motor I needed for this odd ball 26 year old furnace. Shane promptly repaired my furnace and it was blowing fire at 75 degrees within the hour. I couldn't be happier to get this unexpected issue fixed in such a short time. I am now a customer and look forward to future interactions with my service plan. Thank you all so much!

On a Holiday weekend our heat went out with 3 kids under the age of five. Within 10 minutes we had the technician in our house helping us. He was honest, helpful and caring! What else can you ask for in a company!
