Aire Serv of Fargo

We contacted Aire Serv late afternoon as our furnace quit working. Within 30 minutes, a technician was at our home. The staff that we dealt with were great. (Andy, Nancy, Payton) We are very satisfied with all aspects of the work completed by Aire Serv of Fargo!

I have had them Install 6 mini split A/C units, they have also have been over and checked my Boiler. They always have done a great job, great people. I would not hesitate to use them again, I will also be using them to do spring maintenance on my AC split units.

Called Aire Serv in Fargo because our air conditioner was not cooling our house. Called on a Monday afternoon and Nancy coordinated a time for a technician to come out Tuesday morning. I was contacted by Nancy Tuesday morning at the scheduled time to let me know the tech was on his way. The tech arrived precisely in the middle of the 30 minute window communicated to me the day before. The technician (Andrew) was very professional with a very calm and comfortable ‘here to listen, diagnose, and resolve’ demeanor. My many questions were answered very well and my options were clearly explained before additional work began (cleaning and small amount of freeon in a 20+ year old unit). The cost was quite reasonable, work was done quickly, and my house was cool again! I would highly recommend this company based on my first experience.

They fixed my humidifier for me. Came right away, was very polite and respectful, answered ALL of my ridiculous questions without getting annoyed with me, cleaned up after themselves and called for help when he couldn't figure out the answer. He could've just left and told me it was fixed and I wouldn't have known the difference. I will absolutely call them back again!

Run capacitor (about a $20 part) on my AC went out. Called at approximately 10PM. Received a callback around 10:45PM by the tech who tried to get me to wait until morning. Got the replacement part installed around 12:30.

Final bill was higher than I expected ($250), and at no time was I ever quoted an hourly rate. My fault for not asking I guess. I had heard they were cheaper than the "8-8 Never an overtime charge" company, but that does not seem to be the case. Had I known it would have been a $230 labor charge, I would have bought the part myself and simply replaced it.

I'll probably just stick with the old tried and true company in the future. Cost is about the same and I don't remember them ever trying to pressure me to wait until the morning.

My AC went out one day when it was 95 degrees out, I called around to a few other places and got wait listed but Andy from Aire Serv was able to come right away the following morning, diagnosed the problem right away and was very efficient and knowledgeable. I will be using them again for any furnace/AC issues!

I am so impressed by the service and quality products that Aire Serv provides. All team members worked together and very diligently to provide us with a superior experience. We installed an air exchange unit in our home. The initial quote was quick and easy. Joe explained the product and the install, leaving all of my questions answered. We were able to quickly schedule the install. Shane came out to install the product and he was met with quite a challenge, regarding placement and mounting the air exchange unit. He was patient, precise, and efficient with the install. He took his time and had no problem coming out a second day to finish the job. I appreciated that he was clearly proud of his work and is a person of integrity to go to great lengths to do the job well and right, rather than quick and easy. We have also had to call for service on our furnace. I appreciate that a technician is available 24/7 to either come out or help us trouble shoot over the phone to get the furnace working in the middle of winter. Had Shane and Kevin out to check on the AC, they helped get the condenser unit all cleaned out. Really friendly and answered all my questions. I'm going to be using them for regular seasonal maintenance from now on!
