Called them about an A/C unit at one of my rental properties. Had a concern with my bill, called and talked to Jessica and she took care of the issue and was very nice and friendly.

Vince did a very professional and complete yearly furnace inspection. R. Gibb & Son's and will be our 'go to' company for mechanical equipment.

Technician had problem with tube to pilot but quickly got part and fixed so that heat got back on.

We will continue to do our service work with Gibb, as they have treated us fairly and their work was very professional.

My furnace stopped working and RGS showed up within a couple hours of calling and had it working before the end of the day for a reasonable price.

DOT 390585 vehicle was parked obstructing an alley way without leaving room for me to pass through with my vehicle. Nobody was attending it while I was trying to drive though.
